DMMMSU ETEEAP Application Procedure
For applicants, please read the following important instructions and procedures, along with the proper way of submitting your application for evaluation.
- All required documents should be printed (one set only), organized and bound into a folder (long, clear book) for the school to evaluate the applicants credentials. The school does not evaluate, and not reply to, applications sent through email or to the ETEEAP admin’s messenger.
Kailangang naka-print at nasa long clear book ang lahat ng mga credential ng aplikante para ma-evaluate. Hindi ini-evaluate ang sinend lang sa email o messenger ng ETEEAP admin, at hindi din sila magre-reply dito. - Incomplete requirements will not be evaluated, even if printed and properly bound. It is automatically failed.
Hindi ini-evaluate ang hindi kompletong requirement kahit pa naka-print ito at nasa maayos na folder. Automatic na failed yan. - Applicants should not send just a CV and a few documents form the list of requirements just to know if they are eligible to enroll into the program, and if it’s worth preparing the rest of the requirements (Especially if just sent through email or to the focal person’s messenger). In the first place, all ETEEAP schools require the same set of major requirements along with other minor requirements.
- How do I know if I really qualify even before submitting my requirements? You need to do a proper and realistic self-evaluation keeping your DREAM DEGREE (or the degree you want) out of your mind and focus on what ETEEAP really is. You do not self-evaluate to find a way to align your work experience with your dream degree program, but rather to find a program that is aligned with your work experience.
We have the list of requirements at the bottom of this page but before you proceed there, we would advice you to keep on reading the following policies, procedures and instructions.
The Challenge for New Applicants
It has been noticed that many of ETEEAP applicants (especially OFWs) had difficulties in, or did not have convenient access to, printing and shipping their documents, not to mention the time needed to accomplish all the necessary preparatory tasks.
Another is that there are procedures where applicants need to be on campus on the first few steps prior to enrollment, and a representative is needed to do these in their behalf.
Alternative Solution
That being said, we are delighted to announce that we provide a third-party paid assistance and facilitation in the initial stages of application for those who wish to enroll.
Why paid Assistance?
Our third-party paid preparation assistance and consultancy is not a scam. This website has provided all the needed information for anyone who is interested in the program from the requirements, procedures, schools list and other relevant information and needed guidance in joining the program, and IT IS ALL FOR FREE. You are free to explore this website for all the information you need about the ETEEAP. The admins also through their Facebook community and pages along with other media platforms are providing free guidance and assistance. The effectiveness of these free guidance instruments were proven and had helped thousands of ETEEAP applicants globally as indicated by the website’s monitoring, and the comments of candidates who succeeded in their enrollment into the program without availing of the assistance of a third-party. All you need is DIY it with the help of all those available free information.
But if you still cannot follow and need additional guidance and assistance, or need someone who can facilitate your application for enrollment, it is fair then that you should pay for that. And we decided to come up with these legitimate PAID services rather than watching applicants who cannot process their applications by themselves getting scammed. As for our part, we deliver and most of the time go the extra mile.
This arrangement was setup to help interested applicants and enrollees who cannot print their documents and submitting them to DMMMSU are complicated and expensive processes for them. With our services, we also represent applicants’ on-campus transactions where and when a representative is needed. This will benefit OFWs and other local applicants who have no printing facilities and where travel to DMMMSU take much of their time and resources, along with other factors. Also in most cases, those who thought they have all the needed requirements still failed to earn the minimum evaluation score to be able to enroll. These are few of the many reasons why we offer our services to minimize the frustration and disappointment of getting into a perceived dead end.
Benefits on these Services
These services can help you in the following aspects:
- Saves time in printing your documents.
- Protect your original documents from getting lost as you don’t need to submit them, especially for OFW’s and those who live outside the region.
- Saves money and time on notarization of your documents. DMMMSU does not require notarization of documents.
- Saves time and cost on shipping your documents.
- Assurance that all required documents are submitted, and you are given proper advice on what to submit as well as those you still need to submit.
- Eliminates submission of hard copies of your documents as you will only send the soft or electronic copies to us and we will do the printing, binding and shipping for you.
- We will represent you at the school during the initial submission and other procedures prior to your enrollment.
Before you move on, please read the following:
Accountability release and Disclaimer
- First, we would like to repeat that these services are part of DMMMSU’s system, nor we are representative of DMMMSU. Also, we are not recruiting applicants, or were authorized by DMMMSU to recruit applicants, although we suggest the school’s programs when we see it applies to their work experiences, just like we do for other schools. This is our own services (third-party assistance and consultancy) that we are extending to those who need them, if they wish to avail. These services are on the applicants’ side before they submit their application for evaluation, if they wish to avail.
- Second, this does not guarantee your automatic enrollment at DMMMSU, or other schools where we assist applicants’ preparation. It does not entitle you advantage over other applicants. This is just one process of your application, and the rest of the procedure still depends on you. It does not guarantee that you will pass DMMMSU’s final evaluation. We only guide and assist you in the preparation of your requirements and portfolio, and afterward sending, or delivering, them for submission.
- Third, there are two other ways to submit your documents to DMMMSU:
- First:
Personally deliver the printed documents in a clear book to DMMMSU (Walk-in). This is the most recommended way. - Second:
Assign a representative to deliver your requirements on-campus.. - Third Option:
– If the two above-mentioned options do not work or are inconvenient for you, then the third option may work, which is to avail of our document printing, shipping and consultancy services.
- First:
- Please read on for the third option procedure.
Our Services
Now let’s go back to the services that we are offering.
The Procedure
For the complete procedure is found in the link below. Please visit the page if you wish to continue availing of our facilitation services.
Note on refund:
– The following is the only reason we can partially refund your payment:
If you realized that your work experience was not aligned with DMMMSU’s programs and yet you paid for the services, you only have 48 hours from the actual time you paid to request for a refund. 50% of the total mount you paid will be refunded to you.
The reason: You need to be serious and fully understand what ETEEAP is, and that you have fully decided, and are determined, in joining this program, not just school-shopping. We are serious in assisting applicants and we mean business, and you should also be.
– If your work experiences are aligned with DMMMSU’s programs and you want to request for a refund on any reason, we won’t refund but instead move your application into the dormant applicants. You have one year from the date of your payment to resume your application. If you have no action within one year after the actual payment, your fee will be forfeited. However, this forfeiture can still be negotiated depending on the circumstances and the reason why you did not continue at the start.
The reason: You need to be serious and fully understand what ETEEAP is, and that you have fully decided, and are determined, in joining this program, not just school-shopping. We are serious in assisting applicants and we mean business, and you should also be.
If you decide not to continue with DMMMSU after we started preparing your portfolio and want to apply to another school, we will continue to extend the services for you, but you will be required to pay additional amount for the transfer. This is for the additional works and needed procedures to submit your application to another school. The additional fee will be determined based on the extent of the completed process in your application with DMMMSU and the difference on the required assistance fee for the school where you want to transfer your application.
Legal Binding (Important Legal Notice)
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions after reading this page and the agreement form, please do not continue. PSU’s Learning Modality and Completion Period
For ETEEAP students, lessons are delivered and conducted through a self-paced and self-guided full modular modality with following (DMMMSU has earned the qualification form CHED to implement ETEEAP through these modes and system):
- No face to face learning
- No virtual classroom attendance
- All lessons are conducted in Google Classrooms and other tools where modules are provided and students work on their own time and convenience. Therefore, the completion of all their requirements depends of them.
- No student can apply for graduation earlier than 6 months after the official enrollment even if all requirements were submitted and all fees were paid. This is called minimum residency which is six months.
- Approved applicants are required to enroll and complete all the related major and some minor subjects in their aligned programs only (all GED and other minor subjects should be covered by their credentials, and that is the reason why these should meet the 50-point minimum score).
- Students should complete all their requirements between 6 months and two years and apply for graduation within the said time period. Beyond two years requires re-evaluation and re-enrollment. Maximum residency is two years.
