Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT)
Bachelor of Industrial Technology is one of the flagship program of PSU-Asingan under the ETEEAP. This is a trending program from the university which has benefited hundreds, if not thousands, of ETEEAP applicants.
It is a four-year management degree which is similar to BSBA because the along with the major courses (subjects in the basic education) in the specialized technical field, the program also includes major courses (or subjects) in management.
This is a combined engineering and business management allied, non-board programs. However, candidates who complete the requirements are eligible to acquire licenses in their fields.
Career Path of BIT Graduates
- Supervisory and Managerial position in the candidate’s field.
- Graduates of this program are eligible to take up graduate programs such as Master in Business Administration (MBA).
- Graduates of this program may enroll for 18 teaching units to qualify for LET licensure exams with the BTLEd major.

Other Details of the Program
- Full Bachelors Degree and accredited by World Education System (WES) of Canada and US as 4-year bachelors degree.
- Total cost is below 40,000.00 until graduation (See cost breakdown below).
- Can be completed between 6 and 12 months depending on the student’s diligence and availability of time to complete all the requirements. Candidates can apply for graduation after completion of all requirements, or 6 months after the official enrollment, whichever comes last.
- Non-thesis but with equivalent projects and research activities related to the courses (subjects) and specialization of the candidates, and are also required to demonstrate their skills.
- Combined engineering and business management allied, non-board programs. However, candidates who complete the requirements are eligible to acquire licenses in their fields.
- Full self-paced modular learning modality without synchronous face-to-face or virtual/online classroom where students need to join, so it is convenient to OFWs who live in different time zones and where Internet connection is limited or intermittent.

The following are non-circumventable requirements to qualify into the above-mentioned programs. If you do not posses any of the following, we will not evaluate your application and will not reply to you.
- 5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under a single employer.
- 5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different employers in different time frames (Aggregate).
- 5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different/multiple non-overlapping employers (Aggregate).

Please note that the above computation is the maximum. Most applicants who passed their evaluation were assessed at PHP2,000.00-3,000.00 lower than the above.
Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify, you need to be in the following industry:
- 23 years of age or older (No upper limit)
- Filipino citizen by birth (Dual citizen may be accepted, but if you totally denounced your Philippine citizenship, you also forfeited this privilege)
- Minimum education level should be high school graduate equivalent (Regular old or new curriculum and ALS)
- Fast food employee for a minimum of five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
- Food manufacturing employee for a minimum for five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
- Chef for not less than five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
- Barista for not less than five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
- Restaurant employee for not less than five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
- Catering services for not less than five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
- Food business owner for not less than five years (Continuous or aggregate, but not overlapping periods if multiple business establishments).
- DH or caregiver whose job includes food preparation and kitchen management as well as diet management. Your employers (current and former, if applicable) should be able to provide a proof of this such as certification or letter confirming that this was one of the major parts of your responsibilities. We are sure that most, if not all, of our domestic helpers’ job descriptions include this specific function. The only thing needed to be done is to have everything documented.
