Work experience of not less than 5 years in a specific industry. It could be continuous under one employer, or aggregate under different employers and time frame but not overlapping if under multiple employees. This should be well supported by documents.

Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM)
Food Service Management is under the Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). It is also called Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM). This is a trending program from the Pangasinan State University which has benefited hundreds of ETEEAP applicants.

DH or caregiver whose job includes food preparation and kitchen management as well as diet management. Your employers (current and former, if applicable) should be able to provide a proof of this such as certification or letter confirming that this was one of the major parts of your responsibilities. Ang page na ito ay exclusive para sa mga Domestic Helper (DH) at mga Caregiver na hindi ma-qualify sa ibang ETEEAP program. Ginawa ang sistemang ito dahil naobserbahan na marami ang nahihirapan na gumawa ng kanilang mga document tulad ng CV, application letter, mag fill out ng ETEEAP application form at iba pang mga kailangan nilang ihanda sa pag-apply sa ETEEAP. Ang dahilan ay wala silang access sa mga computer at dahil din sa nature ng kanilang trabaho ay talagang nahihirapan sila bukod sa celfon lang ang gamit nila.
Ang isa pang dahilan ay wala silang alam na pagkuhanan ng mga kinakailangang training certificate na susuporta sa kanilang specific na trabaho maliban doon sa mga standard na certificate na kinuha nila nang nag-apply sila bilang OFW.
Dahil dito ay nais namin kayong tulungan sa paghahanda ng inyong mga credential. May bayad ang services na ito pero sulit ang gastos ninyo.

Ito ay WES-accredited na program kaya magagamit ninyo ito sa Canada at US. Hindi lalagpas sa 40,000.00 pesos ang magagastos ninyo hanggang matapos.

Ang mga sumusunod ang kasama sa services namin na babayaran ninyo:
Paghahanap kung saan makakuha ng mga kinakailangang training certificate na akma sa inyong skills. Iga-guide namin kayo.
Magbibigay kami ng guidance kung ano pa ang mga document na kailangan ninyo, kung saan ninyo ito makukuha, o kung paano kayo makakakuha. Pero hindi namin kayo iga-guide sa mga illegal na procedure at mga hindi totoo.
Bibigyan namin kayo ng mga sample na document, at kung kailangan ay gagawin namin ang mga ito para i-print ninyo at ipa-prima na lang sa mga amo ninyo saka ninyo ibalik sa amin.

Pero bago kayo magpatuloy ay pakibasa lang ninyo itong Accountability Release, Disclaimer at iba pang policy:
Una: Hindi ito procedure ng PSU o ng anumang school na kung saan nagkaroon kami ng ganitong kaayusan. Requirement ng PSU na naka-print ang mga document ninyo at naka-organize sa isang folder bago ito i-submit. Hindi nila trabaho ang mag-print. Kaya namin ito inaalok na serbisiyo, at pinayagan naman ito ng PSU. Hindi din namin sila partner. Kaya kung anuman ang magiging problema sa set-up na ito ay walang pananagutan ang PSU habang nasa amin at pinoproseso namin ang mga requirement ninyo. Ang responsibilidad lang nila ay kung makarating na ang portfolio ninyo sa kanila.
Pangalawa: Hindi garantiya ito ng automatikong enrollment ninyo sa PSU. Ito ay isa lang na bahagi ng proseso ng pag-apply ninyo. Kung anuman ang resulta ng evaluation nila ay hindi na namin pananagutan yun dahil kung ano ang sinubmit ninyo ay yun din ang ipapasa namin sa kanila.
Policy tungkol sa refund:
– Kapag nagbayad na kayo at napagtanto ninyo na hindi pala aligned sa mga programa ng PSU ang inyong mga credential, at gusto ninyong magpa-refund ay may 48 hours lang para gawin ninyo ito. Ngunit ang ire-refund lang namin ay 25% ng binayaran ninyo. Ang dahilan: Kailangan ninyong serisohin ang pag-apply dito at hindi lang kayo gumagawa ng school shopping. Dapat ay serioso, desidido determinado kayo sa pagpasok sa programang ito, at pag-aralan ninyong mabuti bago kayo mag-umpisa. Kami ay serioso sa pagtulong at dapat ay ganoon din kayo sa inyong pag-apply.
– Kung ang inyong credential naman ay aligned sa mga programa ng PSU ngunit gusto ninyong magpa-refund sa kung anumang dahilan ay hindi kami magre-refund. Ilalagay namin ang inyong application sa Dormant Applicants’ folder. Pwede ninyong ituloy ang inyong application na walang babayaran sa loob ng isang taon. Kapag lumagpas na ang isang taon ay ma-forfeit ang ibinayad ninyo. At kung gusto ninyong mag-apply ulit ay kailangan ninyong magbayad ng panibago. Ang dahilan: Kailangan ninyong serisohin ang pag-apply dito at hindi lang kayo gumagawa ng school shopping. Dapat ay serioso, desidido determinado kayo sa pagpasok sa programang ito, at pinag-aralan ninyong mabuti bago kayo mag-umpisa. Kung gusto naman ninyong mag-umpisa na ay buksan ninyo ang Google Form na nasa link na ito sa ibaba at mag-fill-out kayo gamit ang inyong email address. Mas maige na GMAIL ang gamitin ninyo at dyan din naman naka-login ang inyong Smart phone (Kung walang Google Form sa celfon ninyo ay mag-install muna kayo para mabuksan ninyo ito). Kailangan ninyong basahing mabuti ang mga tanong bago ninyo sagutin. May mga instruction din sa form na kailangan ninyong intindihin kasama ang procedure ng pagbayad. Bago ninyo i-submit yung form ay reviewhin ninyo kung nasunod ninyong lahat ang mga nandoon na procedure at instruction.
Kung nag-avail kayo ng Option 1 o Option 2 sa mga services namin ay magbibigay kami ng orientation sa Zoom pagkatapos ninyong magbayad at ma-email ang inyong proof of payment. Pero kung Option 3 ang ia-avail ninyo ay walang Zoom orientation.

Aligned Program ng PSU ETEEAP para sa mga DH at Caregiver
Ang page na ito ay exclusive para sa mga Domestic Helpers (DH) at Caregiver na hindi ma-qualify sa mga degree program ng ETEEAP dahil wala silang ibang work experience bago sila mag-DH o mag-Caregiver.
Bago kayo pumatol sa mga hindi siguradong inaalok sa inyo (at baka ma-scam pa kayo) may isang program sa Pangasinan State University-Asingan Campus na pwedeng akma sa inyo.
Ang PSU-Asingan ay isang state university (government university) kaya nakasisiguro kayo na legitimate ito at kinikilala sa ibang bansa.
Suggested and Offered Bachelors Degree Program
Ang program ay Food Service Management na nasa ilalim ng Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). Tinatawag din itong Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM).
Ito ay Four-Year Management Degree (Bachelors Degree) na kapareho ng BSBA, ngunit naka-focus ito sa management ng mga food business, mga factory ng lahat ng uri ng pagkain, at mga establishments kasama na ang mga restaurant sa mga hotel at mga fast food chain, ganoon din sa mga farm kung saan nangggaling ang mga pagkain natin.

Work Experience Requirement Para ma-qualify, kailangang isa sa mga pinakapangunahing trabaho ninyo bilang DH o caregiver ay ang mga ito:
Food preparation para sa mga amo
Kitchen management ng amo
Diet management ng mga miyembro ng pamilya
Pamamalengke at budgeting ng mga pangangailangan sa kusina.

Q: Pwede bang kumuha ng education degree ang isang nanny/tutor ng mahigit five years? A: Ang education degree ay board degree at ang mga qualified dito sa ETEEAP ay yung may experience sa totoong pagtuturo sa classroom at online na hindi lang one-on-one kundi multiple students na simultaneous. Ang isang nanny-tutor ay parang isang full-time na mother at housewife na may limang anak na magkakasunod at siya din ang tutor ng kanyang mga anak. Hindi ito pwedeng ma-qualify sa education degree.
Q: Pwede bang kumuha ng BSN ang isang cargiver? A: Hindi kahit pa sa caregiving facility siya nagta-trabaho. Ang BSN ay mataas ang requirement at kailangan din na sa medical facilities nagtatrabaho ang mga aplikante. Q:Pwede bang mag-enroll sa BSBA ang isang DH o Caregiver? A: Hindi kung base lamang sa trabaho niya bilang DH o Caregiver. Pero kung may trabaho siya bago mag-DH na pwedeng ma-align sa BSBA nang mahigit sa 5 years at may kompletong document ay pwedeng ma-consider ng school.
Q: May posibilidad ba na makapag-apply sa BSBA ang isang caregiver? A: Pwede kung ang trabaho niya ay sa opisina ng isang caregiving facility na humahawak ng mga office functions tulad ng secretary at iba pang administrative function o position. Pero kung in-house o live-in family caregiver ay hindi qualified. Ang pwedeng recommended program ay ang Bachelor of Industrial Technology, majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM), kung kasama sa trabaho niya ang food preparation at kitchen management and budgeting. Kung hindi ay hindi pa rin siya qualified.
Q: Pwede bang mag-apply sa ibang degree program ang isang DH o caregiver? A: Pwede kung may ibang trabaho siya sa ibang field bago maging DH na pwedeng ma-align sa mga inaalok na college degree program sa ETEEAP. Ngunit kailangan pa rin na limang taon o mahigit na trabaho niya ito at kompleto siya ng supporting documents at iba pang mga requirement sa ETEEAP.
Q:Undergraduate ako ng ___xxx___ na degree. Pwede ko bang ituloy yun sa ETEEAP? A: Para matanggap sa ETEEAP, ang unang titingnan ng school ay ang work experience mo kahit pa nakatapos ka ng isang doctorate degree. Hindi ito program kung saan mo itutuloy ang hindi mo natapos na college degree mo, maliban lang kung ang trabaho mo ay related din dito.
Ito yung primary requirements for evaluation: 1) Age (23 years or older) 2) Filipino 3) High school graduate 4) 5 years or longer of relevant work experience, including proper supporting documents. Kung pasado ka sa apat na ito saka pa lang nila titingnan ang iba pang mga credential mo, kasama na diyan ang mga college degree mo. Pero kung wala ka ng kahit isa sa apat na primary requirement, hindi na nila itutuloy ang evaluation mo kahit pa may dalawa kang doctorate degree.
Q:Paano kung yan ang gusto ko (BSBA or Education Degree), dahil yan talaga ang pangarap ko? A: Ang ETEEAP ay HINDI YUNG GUSTO mong degree, kundi kung ano ang aligned na program sa trabaho mo. Maliban kung nagkataon na yung gusto mong degree ang aligned sa trabaho mo. Pero kung hindi at gusto mo talaga yung hindi aligned ay isa lang ang pwede mong gawin. Mag-enroll sa school na mayroon niyan sa regular program nila, yung 4 years na kunkunin na pwedeng online, hybrid modular-online o face-to-face. Huwag kang mag-enroll sa mga school na nagsasabing pwede kang makatapos ng less than 6 months na parang ETEEAP din pero hindi siya ETEEAP. Scam yan at baka kakutyaba ng school at yung ahente.

Ginawa ang sistemang ito dahil naobserbahan na marami ang nahihirapan na gumawa ng kanilang mga document tulad ng CV, application letter, mag fill out ng ETEEAP application form at iba pang mga kailangan nilang ihanda sa pag-apply sa ETEEAP. Ang dahilan ay wala silang access sa mga computer at dahil din sa nature ng kanilang trabaho ay talagang nahihirapan sila dahil sa celfon lang ang gamit nila.
Dahil dito ay nais namin kayong tulungan sa paghahanda ng inyong mga credential. May bayad ang services na ito pero sulit ang gastos ninyo. Ito yung mga paraan na matutulungan namin kayo.
