Timeline from Submission to Graduation
Here is the timeline that applicants want to know. This will help you understand the process and what, and not, to expect.
- Submission of requirements – From actual submission of portfolio until enrollment may take up to three months. This covers the following:
- Preliminary Phase – Pre-evaluation of your submitted credentials. If there is no lacking documents and you pass this stage, you will be scheduled for interview. You will be required to pay the above-mentioned non-refundable equivalency and accreditation fee.
- Formal Evaluation – Interview and final assessment. You will be informed on the equivalent of the credentials you submitted, along with the courses you still need to enroll.
- Enrollment – This is when you start receiving the courses not covered by your credentials which you need to complete. You complete these through online and modular modality. The following are the factors that affect the completion time:
- How many units and the effort and time you put into the courses you need to complete.
- This usually covers between one semester (minimum) and four semesters (maximum), which is between 6 months and 24 months.
- Graduation – When you have completed all the courses you needed to enroll, your degree will be awarded to you.
DMMMSU ETEEAP Application Procedure
- All required documents should be printed (one set only), organized and bound into a folder (long, clear book) for the school to evaluate the applicants credentials. The school does not evaluate, and not reply to, applications sent through email or to the ETEEAP admin’s messenger.
- Incomplete requirements will not be evaluated, even if printed and properly bound. It is automatically failed.
- Applicants should not send just a CV and a few documents form the list of requirements just to know if they are eligible to enroll into the program, and if it’s worth preparing the rest of the requirements (Especially if just sent through email or to the focal person’s messenger). In the first place, all ETEEAP schools require the same set of major requirements along with other minor requirements.
- How do I know if I really qualify even before submitting my requirements? You need to do a proper and realistic self-evaluation keeping your DREAM DEGREE (or the degree you want) out of your mind and focus on what ETEEAP really is. You do not self-evaluate to find a way to align your work experience with your dream degree program, but rather to find a program that is aligned with your work experience.
- How do I submit my portfolio?
You can find two ways in the Submission of Portfolio Procedure in the next section below. - Self-evaluation guide can be found in the link with the image below:
