– Hindi pupunta sa school ang estudyante ngunit mag-aaral din ito kasabay ng iba sa pamamagitan ng mga online learning tools tulad ng Zoom, Google Meet at Classroom, Messenger at iba pang virtual conference tools. SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING din ito.

3) Modular
– Hindi pupunta sa school o sa online ang estudyante kundi matatanggap niya ang mga lesson niya sa door to door delivery, email o sa school portal at gagawin niya sa sariling schedule ang pag-aaral saka niya i-submit ang mga assignment niya sa pareho ding paraan ng pag-deliver sa kanya. Ito ay tinatawag na ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING.

4) Hybrid
– Ito ay anumang combination ng number 1, 2 at 3. Mayroong hybrid online-modular (HOM) at hybrid inperson-modular (HIM) o hybrid face-to-face and modular (HFM).

SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING – Sabay-sabay na mag-aral ang mga estudyante sa loob ng classroom o iba pang bahagi ng school campus, o sa pamamagitan ng mga virtual conference tools tulad ng Zoom, Google Meet, at Messenger.

ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING – Hindi sabay-sabay ang pag-aaral at tatapusin ng estudyante ang mga assignment niya sa module na ipapadala sa kanya, sa pag log-in sa school portal o LMS, o sa Google Classroom ng school.


Residency Period

Individuals enrolled under the Program are required to have minimum residency of six (6) months. This means that even if your enrolled subjects are completed in less than 6 months, you can not apply for graduation, even if you have complied with all the requirements. Maximum residency is two years when and if you have not completed all your requirements, you need to undergo a re-evaluation and another enrollment procedure.

Cebu Institute of Technology University (CITU)

The Cebu Institute of Technology now Cebu Institute of Technology – University opened in 1946 with two pre-fabricated structures in F. Ramos Street. The school started with 512 pioneering students enrolled in high school and college levels. It offered the following degree programs: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture and Vocational programs. In tune with the objective of the higher education to answer the needs of the time and to complement the technical programs offered, the first non-technical program offered was the Liberal Arts in 1947, Pharmacy and Junior Normal programs in 1948 and Education in 1949. The Vocational department was phased out in 1951 while the College of Commerce was opened in the same year. Two years later, in 1953, the Sanitary Engineering department started. UC Baguio (also called Baguio Colleges Foundation as its former name) is one of the higher education institutions in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) particularly in the city of Baguio.

Included in their programs is the implementation of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), being one of the hundreds of colleges and universities in the Philippines that were deputized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). UC Baguio was one of the pioneers in implementing the ETEEAP at its infancy.

Application, Evaluation and Enrollment Procedure

  • Fill out the application forms (Click here for the downloadable application form in PDF). For the editable version of the ETEEAP application form in MS Word, please go the this link.
  • Prepare a detailed resume or CV along with a cover letter of intent which includes the program of your interest.
  • Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFR) or Service Record to be signed by your current employer. (See sample DFR in this link)
  • Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFRs) or Service Records to be signed by your previous employers (If available).
  • Prepare copies of employment certificates (COE) of current and previous employers pertaining to number 3 and 4. (See sample COE in this link)
  • Request a recommendation letter from your employer. (See samples in this link)
  • Prepare all the other documents (NSO provided birth certificate, Diploma and transcripts of records of your completed education, etc).
  • Prepare all certificates of training, seminars and awards that you have acquired.
  • Prepare a list of your works or publications either in print or digital. (Examples: Websites, printed books you have written and published, newspaper or magazine articles you have written-online or in print; technical projects-patented or not such as electronic or electrical devices and equipment, big projects you were involved).
  • Any other relevant documents from any organization or entity as proof of your claimed skills and achievements.

    • They will require you to attend an orientation via Zoom.
    • Additional instructions will be provided at the orientation.

Expanded Assistance to DH and Caregivers

Ano ang procedure sa pag-apply?

Option 1: Preparation, Consultancy, Printing and Shipping
Ito ang mga kasama sa babayaran ninyo:
1) Kami ang magta-type ng mga sagot ninyo sa application form at sa iba pang mga document na hindi ninyo magawa dahil celfon lang ang gamit ninyo. Pero hindi kami ang sasagot sa mga tanong. Dapat ay sagot pa rin ninyo na kailangan ninyong i-record sa audio o video. Kaya may one-on-one Zoom meeting tayo para dito.
2) Kami ang mag-organize ng mga credential ninyo.
3) Kami ang mag-print at mag-organize ng mga ito para ma-bind ang portfolio ninyo.
4) Kami ang magpadala ng portfolio ninyo sa school para sa evaluation.
5) Tutulong kami sa pag-follow up at kung may kulang pa ay itutuloy namin ang assistance sa inyo kung paano ninyo ito makukuha.
6) May Zoom orientation tayo pagkatapos ninyong magbayad.

Aligned Program ng PSU ETEEAP para sa mga DH at Caregiver

Ang page na ito ay exclusive para sa mga Domestic Helpers (DH) at Caregiver na hindi ma-qualify sa mga degree program ng ETEEAP dahil wala silang ibang work experience bago sila mag-DH o mag-Caregiver.

Bago kayo pumatol sa mga hindi siguradong inaalok sa inyo (at baka ma-scam pa kayo) may isang program sa Pangasinan State University-Asingan Campus na pwedeng akma sa inyo.

Ang PSU-Asingan ay isang state university (government university) kaya nakasisiguro kayo na legitimate ito at kinikilala sa ibang bansa.




Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) from DH and Caregivers

Q: Pwede bang mag-apply sa ibang degree program ang isang DH o caregiver?
A: Pwede kung may ibang trabaho siya sa ibang field bago maging DH na pwedeng ma-align sa mga inaalok na college degree program sa ETEEAP. Ngunit kailangan pa rin na limang taon o mahigit na trabaho niya ito at kompleto siya ng supporting documents at iba pang mga requirement sa ETEEAP.

Q: Paano kung yan ang gusto ko (BSBA or Education Degree), dahil yan talaga ang pangarap ko?
A: Ang ETEEAP ay HINDI YUNG GUSTO mong degree, kundi kung ano ang aligned na program sa trabaho mo. Maliban kung nagkataon na yung gusto mong degree ang aligned sa trabaho mo. Pero kung hindi at gusto mo talaga yung hindi aligned ay isa lang ang pwede mong gawin. Mag-enroll sa school na mayroon niyan sa regular program nila, yung 4 years na kunkunin na pwedeng online, hybrid modular-online o face-to-face. Huwag kang mag-enroll sa mga school na nagsasabing pwede kang makatapos ng less than 6 months na parang ETEEAP din pero hindi siya ETEEAP. Scam yan at baka kakutyaba ng school at yung ahente.

PSU ETEEAP DH Aligned Program

This page is exclusively prepared for Domestic Helpers (DH) and Caregivers who cannot qualify in other degree programs under the ETEEAP. Before you resort to other risky means of acquiring a college degree, we would like you to consider this program under a legitimate ETEEAP school, which is Pangasinan State University-Asingan Campus.




Here is the list of requirements you need to prepare:

  • Application Letter (Sample herehttps://eteeap.org/appltr)
  • Filled out and signed application form (Download herehttps://eteeap.org/appform)
  • Detailed CV or resume (Sample herehttps://eteeap.org/cv)
  • Birth certificate (Proof of your citizenship)
  • ID (Passport, Driver’s license, etc.) Driver’s license earns some points.
  • For female applicants (Surname discrepancy proof – Marriage certificate, etc.)
  • High school documents (Diploma, form137/138, Confirmation letter)
  • College degree certificate and OTR/TOR and confirmation letter (If applicable)
  • Other degree certificates and OTR/TOR and certificate/diploma (If applicable and available)
  • COE of all relevant employees (Sample herehttps://eteeap.org/coe)
  • Recommendation letter from employer, or certification stating your specific functions. Food preparation and kitchen management and budgeting should be part of your job.
  • DFR of all relevant employees if details were not provided on the COE
    (Sample herehttps://eteeap.org/dfr). If not available your contract and email confirmation of your employment.
  • OFW documents/contracts/visa/employment certificates. These items can earn evaluation points if they contain specific or detailed information of your work.
  • Informal training certificates (TESDA, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Udemy, TES, etc.)
  • Training/Seminar certificates provided or sponsored by your employer.
  • Training/Seminars that you organized, participated and/or conducted.
  • Commendation and awards at work and from other activities you participated in.
  • Certificates and other proofs on involvement in community services such as rescue, front liner, emergency assistance, calamity response, first response, community outreach, relief assistance and other similar activities (Government-initiated, Voluntary, NGO, Church organized)
  • Club, association or other similar memberships (Local community, national or international scope)
  • Other licenses (Driver’s, Civil Service Eligibility, PRC, Sub-professional level licenses, etc.)

Note: 1 year in addition to the minimum 5 years work experience in the field you want to apply for ETEEAP earns one point. Maximum of 20 points in this specific area.
