This initial enquiry process or stage is free.
Then we will reach out to you for additional instructions and procedures on how you can move on further. That is the time you start paying fees towards enrollment if you wish to continue.

Very Important to Note:
The following are non-circumventable requirements to qualify into the program. If you do not posses any of the following, we will not evaluate your application and will not reply to you.
- 5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under a single employer.
- 5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different employers in different time frames.
- 5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different/multiple non-overlapping employers .
If you still continue filling out the registration form but your work experiences are not aligned with PSU’s degree programs, you will not expect a reply from us. However, if your work is aligned with above programs, you must agree to enroll under what are available, not for other programs that are not available at PSU.

Before you go to the registration form, have the following documents ready for uploading. These can be clearly scanned in PDF or jpeg output or MS Word.
- CV or comprehensive resume with your relevant work experience chronologically arranged in the reverse order starting from the current or most recent.
- Identification (Passport, UMID, driver’s license, etc)
- Birth certificate
- Secondary school credentials
- College credentials (if you went to college whether undergraduate or graduate), including graduate degree credentials.
- COE’s of all work experiences mentioned in your CV
