UC-Baguio’s Offered Degree Programs Under the ETEEAP

The following are their offered programs under the ETEEAP.

Tuition and Other Fees

This is one of the first question prospective candidates always ask so we will explain it here. Below is the official fee schedule coming from their office. The figures below started in the school year 2026-2027.

• Application Fee: Php2,200.00* (For initial assessment when your complete portfolio is submitted)
• Assessment Fee: Php22,000.00* (Paid in part or full before assessment starts, and your documents will be forwarded to the respective college or aligned program for final evaluation and interview. But should be paid in full after final evaluation and assessment before enrollment.)
• Tuition Fee: Php920.00 per unit (Total will only be determined after your evaluation so we cannot provide any answer as to how much is the rough estimate. Tuition can be installment but should be fully paid before graduation or enrollment to next trimester, whichever is applicable)
• Tuition Fee Downpayment: Php9,000.00 (Approximate and negotiable)

*Please note that the Application Fee and the Assessment Fee are one-time payments only.

Other Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

1. Are students required to complete a thesis?
   – That will be determined after your credentials are evaluated.
2. How long does it take to complete the program?
   – Completion of all enrolled courses should take between 6 months and two years, which is the maximum. If applicants cannot complete their requirements within two years, they need to undergo a re-evaluation and re-qualification process. Then undergo re-enrollment and pay corresponding fees.
3. Do students need to attend on campus or online?
   – UC-Baguio implements and delivers ETEEAP using the full-modular modality (Except in rare cases where the professor sees the need for an online class attendance with Google Classroom, Zoom or other platforms. The professors would also like to meet their students online at least once.)
4. What is the residency period?
   – Individuals enrolled under the Program are required to have minimum residency of six (6) months, or one trimester. This means that even if your enrolled subjects are completed in less than 6 months (one trimester), you can not apply for graduation, even if you have complied with all the requirements. Maximum residency is two years when and if you have not completed all your requirements, you need to undergo a re-evaluation and another enrollment procedure.

How to Apply

There are two ways or options to apply for evaluation, which eventually leads to enrollment if you qualify.

First Option:

If you prefer this, especially if you live in Baguio, around or near the city, here is the procedure for you:

Application, Evaluation and Enrollment Procedure

1. Fill out the application forms (Click here for the downloadable application form in PDF). For the editable version of the ETEEAP application form in MS Word, please go the this link (Editable ETEEAP Application Form-MS Word), and go to your Downloads Folder to open and fill out the document.
2. Prepare a detailed resume or CV along with a cover letter of intent which includes the program of your interest. (Sample cover letter in this link)
3. Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFR) or Service Record to be signed by your current employer. (See sample DFR in this link)
4. Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFRs) or Service Records to be signed by your previous employers (If available).
5. Prepare copies of employment certificates (COE) of current and previous employers pertaining to number 3 and 4. (See sample COE in this link)
6. Request a recommendation letter from your employer. (See samples in this link)
7. Prepare all the other documents (NSO provided birth certificate, Diploma and transcripts of records of your completed education, etc).
8. Prepare all certificates of training, seminars and awards that you have acquired.
9. Prepare a list of your works or publications either in print or digital. (Examples: Websites, printed books you have written and published, newspaper or magazine articles you have written-online or in print; technical projects-patented or not such as electronic or electrical devices and equipment, big projects you were involved).
10. Any other relevant documents from any organization or entity as proof of your claimed skills and achievements.
11. Print all your credentials and bind them into a clear book. Then submit your portfolio to their campus located at Governor Pack Road, Baguio City (Just across the SM Baguio Car Park Building).

12. Wait for the reply from the school for further instructions.
13. If you pass the evaluation, you may enroll and pay all corresponding fees, but you will be required to submit the original copies of your credentials before you apply for graduation (These will be returned to you along with your degree documents upon graduation).
