To all Filipinos who are working for five years or longer in different parts of the globe under the same field continuously or under different employers as long as not overlapping, and wish to convert your expertise into a bachelors degree, this is for you. Please fill out the form in the link below and provide the needed information as best as you can so we can see if you qualify on PSU’s programs that are aligned to your work under the ETEEAP.

The following are the offered programs of PSU-Asingan Campus under the ETEEAP, unless indicated.
Under the Bachelor of Industrial Technology
The Bachelor of Industrial Technology is not just a program focused on technology. This is an engineering allied program. But this also includes all the major management courses (called subjects under the basic education) along with the major courses of the applicants’ technical background to help them learn and gain the theoretical aspects of their skills. It is a bachelor’s degree upgrade to the vocational and associate programs that existed in the past decades which are still being offered by TESDA and other technical schools. However, it also includes management major courses to qualify a candidate into supervisory and managerial positions in their industry. This is a non-board degree program, but some of the majors (one is the electrical technology major) can qualify one of a license in his field where there is available or required licensure exams.

The following are non-circumventable requirements to qualify into the above-mentioned programs. If you do not posses any of the following, we will not evaluate your application and will not reply to you.
5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under a single employer.
5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different employers in different time frames (Aggregate).
5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different/multiple non-overlapping employers (Aggregate).
Under the College of Education
Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) Majoring in: – Mathematics (BSE-Math) – Science (BSE-Sci) – English (BSE-Eng) – Filipino (BSE-Fil) – Social Studies (BSE-SS) Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) Bachelor of Technical and Livelihood Education (BTLE)
The following are non-circumventable requirements to qualify into the education programs. If you do not posses any of the following, we will not evaluate your application and will not reply to you.
5 years or longer experience in teaching at a regular school.
5 years or longer experience in teaching in blended settings (face to face and online).
5 years or longer experience as assistant/shadow/back up teacher
Worked in different teaching position at regular schools under different/multiple non-overlapping employers (Aggregate).
Other teaching positions
Under the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Sta. Maria Campus)

The following are non-circumventable requirements to qualify into the program. If you do not posses any of the following, we will not evaluate your application and will not reply to you.
5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under a single employer.
5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different employers in different time frames (aggregate).
5 years or longer experience under the above-mentioned programs under different/multiple non-overlapping employers (aggregate).
If you still continue filling out the registration form but your work experiences are not aligned with PSU’s degree programs, you will not expect a reply from us. However, if your work is aligned with above programs, you must agree to enroll under what are available, not for other programs that are not available at PSU.
