Before we proceed to the list of schools that offer Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), let us take a look at the information you need to consider and keep in mind when doing your self-evaluation. This will help you become more realistic in your expectation and to be ready when things do not go to the direction you are expecting. Please consider the following:
UNEQUIVOCAL DISCLAIMER: This following is made with the intent of sharing information. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO DISPARAGE ANY OCCUPATION OR THEIR PRACTITIONERS.
1) Many members consistently inquire whether their experience in caregiving, as a dental assistant, as a VIRTUAL medical assistant, as a midwife, as a nanny, etc., – including those with almost one decade in those jobs – automatically qualifies them to a BS Nursing accreditation course.
2) Unfortunately, they will usually meet – and have met with – disappointment when seeking ETEEAP accreditation of their experience. The notable exception being Registered Midwives who have completed a four-year “traditional” course and are already Board-certified professionals.
3) Whereas the other occupations do not necessarily require extensive training or a high school diploma for that matter to qualify as such: caregiving can be learned in around three months, a dental assistant in around the same time as a caregiver, a nanny has knowledge enhanced through short trainings, and I could label myself as a Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA) in 20 hours.
4) An important consideration is that nursing demands HANDS-ON contact with patients, which the other occupations – again, with the noteworthy exception of midwifery – do not give the same level of practical experience as nursing. For example, dental assistants hardly have personal contact with dental patients while VMAs work on computers without even seeing their patients.
5) And perhaps the most important consideration is that universities will scrutinize whether a BS Nursing aspirant has extensive and hard-core experience and exposure, vis-à-vis the Nursing Blue Book, aka Related Learning Experiences (RLE). They will be looking into HOW MANY areas including but not limited to those listed below, and FOR HOW LONG the applicant has had experience in.
NOTE: Experience in only one or a few of these areas is therefore not adequate:
Aesthetic/ Cosmetic nursing
Battlefield/ makeshift hospitals nursing
Cancer cases
Community service
Dental nursing
Emergency response/emergency room duty
Geriatric care
Hospice duty (patients awaiting death)
Industrial nursing – including advising on safety practices
Mentally ill patients nursing
Multi-bed ward duty
Neonatal/ postnatal care
Operating theater duty
Orthopedic nursing
Outpatient department clinic duty
Palliative care
Private duty (home or hospital)
Professional sports team nursing
Promotion of good health and safety practices
Trauma cases such as fire, gunshots, mass casualty incidents, vehicular accidents
Travel escort (e.g., medevac)
Triage
Etc.
6) Based on the above information, BS Nursing aspirants could do a self-assessment of their chances of admission as a BSN student via ETEEAP. Or, they might decide to enroll in a “regular” nursing program.
After doing your self-evaluation with the help of the above information, and you feel that you qualify (or may feel inadequate but still want to proceed) you may stay on this page and read the rest of the information.
The only information we can provide here is the list of universities and colleges that offer BSN under the ETEEAP that were verified to be still active in implementing the program. These information are based on our enquiries with the said schools and contributions from members of social media communities where this website is affiliated with. Some of their contributors are alumni and current students.
What we can provide here are the following information ONLY:
Name of the schools
School’s website
Official Facebook page
Email address
Phone numbers
Please note that we don’t have answers to these questions: 1) Tuition and fee schedules. 2) Learning and transaction procedures. 3) Enrollment schedules. Please contact the schools directly on the above information along with other related queries.
There are only three universities who were confirmed to be still active in offering BSN under the ETEEAP. These are the Arellano University (AU), Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas (LPU-Batangas) and Bicol University (Bicol-U) in Legazpi, Albay. You can find the complete information about these institutions below.

In addition to the assistance we have been implementing for new ETEEAP applicants in terms of documents printing, portfolio preparation and shipping, we are also delighted to extended these services to enrolled students who need assistance in printing and shipping their modules for submission to the PSU campus.
For new students or applicants who want to start with PSU, please click or tap on the button link for the procedure on how to apply and submit your requirements.
The same case as application requirements, completed students modules should also be printed and shipped to PSU, and as many of their students have difficulties in, or do not have convenient access to, printing and shipping their documents, we therefore would like to extend these services as well for a reasonable fee.
The said arrangement can help you in the following aspects:
Saves time in printing your documents.
Saves time and money on shipping your documents.
Assurance that all your modules are submitted.
You can make use of technology by focusing on the use of electronic copies thus saving time and resources in many ways, and you will only need to send the soft or electronic copies of your modules.
This includes all parts of your modules, PDF files, Office Suite files, video files and other relevant materials and requirements you need to submit to PSU.
Before you move on, please read the following:
Accountability release and Disclaimer:
First, we would like to emphasize that this proposal and offer is not sanctioned by PSU. It is our own project and services. Although PSU allowed us to come up with these, they are not in any way partner with us and we want to clear them of any responsibility from problems arising from any of our arrangements with our clients.
Second, this does not guarantee that you automatically earn better grades or will entitle you advantage over other students who did not avail of these services. This is just one process of your learning and completing your degree requirements, and the rest of the procedure still depends on your efforts and skills in handling your home works and modules.
Now let’s go back to the services that we are offering.
Here is the procedure:
A fee of PHP 4,500.00 is required for these services (This is the minimum cost depending on the total number of pages of all the the modules you will submit). This is paid upon confirmation that you want to avail of our services. This fee covers the printing of your modules, organizing them according to the school’s procedures, and then shipping them to PSU.
The complete procedure is contained in the Students’ Module Printing Assistance Agreement Form (SMPAAF) and as you answer each question or item in the form, you also need to follow along with the instructions you will find in them.
Important (Please read this first): Please fill out the Applicant Declaration Form below to signify your acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions of these services. You will also find the instruction on how you will pay the service fee in that form.
After payment, please send the confirmation slip to this email address: psu@eteeap.org There are series of instructions after the payment procedure in the form. Please follow each step carefully so that none of your documents will be misplaced. We will then print your documents, organize them according to the school’s instruction and ship them to PSU if they are complete.
If you agree with the above terms and conditions, please open and carefully follow the instructions in the form. You can open the document with a click or tap on the link button below.
For new students or applicants who want to start with PSU, please click or tap on the button link for the procedure on how to apply and submit your requirements.
