To all Filipinos who are working for five years or longer in different parts of the globe under the same field continuously or under different employers as long as not overlapping, and wish to convert your expertise into a bachelors degree, this is for you.
This website has provided all the needed information for anyone who is interested in the program from the requirements, procedures, schools list and other relevant information and guidance in joining the program, and it is all for free. You are free to explore this website for all the information you need about the ETEEAP. But if you still cannot follow and need additional guidance and assistance, it is fair then that you should pay for that.
We are therefore delighted to announce that we are extending paid assistance to ETEEAP applicants who still need help in their document preparation with a minimal fee. This includes referrals to the proper schools and institutions that offer the programs aligned to your work experiences and backgrounds. But before you proceed to the said paid services, we need to know if you really qualify to apply. This is to lessen the burden of schools in determining if you qualify in their programs, which in many cases applicants could not meet the requirements when they initially apply. So before you proceed to the paid services, we still provide a pre-evaluation services for free.
To start, please fill out the form in the link below and provide the needed information as best as you can so we can see if you qualify on any of the offered programs under the ETEEAP.
If you qualify, we will reach out to you for additional instructions and procedures on how you can move on further. That is the time you start paying fees towards enrollment if you wish to continue.

Very important to note before you proceed to the registration:
The following are non-circumventable requirements to qualify into the program. If you do not posses any of the following, we will not evaluate your application and will not reply to you.
- High school graduate (old curriculum, ALS, SHS). Your documents should indicate “Eligible for College“, Eligible for Tertiary Education“, or “Secondary Education Equivalent“. There is no bridging program for high school undergraduates under the ETEEAP for JHS-ALS.
- Filipino by birth and still possesses this citizenship despite obtaining another citizenship (dual citizenship). If you denounced your Filipino citizenship, you have also forfeited this privilege.
- 23 years or older
- Work experience requirements
- 5 years or longer experience under a single employer (Straight or continuous employment).
- 5 years or longer experience in the same field under different employers in different time frames (Combined or aggregate).
- 5 years or longer experience under different/multiple non-overlapping employers (Combined aggregate).
If you meet the above, you must agree to enroll under what are available and aligned with your work experience, not for other degrees that are not available under the program. You must also be willing to be guided and are serious in your application.
However, if you still continue filling out the registration form while, or despite, not meeting the above-mentioned primary requirements, you will not expect a reply from us.
Also, this is not a consultancy page for those looking for graduate programs and guidance on ALS or any other secondary education requirements.
Before you go to the registration form, have the following documents ready for uploading. These can be clearly scanned in PDF or jpeg output or MS Word. The following are just parts of the long list of requirements you will need to submit once you are qualified and ready to apply. These are only needed to determine if you qualify to continue processing your application.
- CV or comprehensive resume with your relevant work experience chronologically arranged in the reverse order starting from the current or most recent.
- Identification (Passport, UMID, driver’s license, etc)
- Birth certificate
- Secondary school credentials
- College credentials (if you went to college whether undergraduate or graduate), including graduate degree credentials.
- COE’s of all work experiences mentioned in your CV
- Other relevant documents you have
