Para sa mga factory worker na nais magkaroon ng degree, gusto din namin kayong matulungan kung paano kayo mag-apply sa ETEEAP at kung ano ang inyong ibigay na information kapag kayo ay mag-enquire.

Tulad ng ibang degree, kailangang kompleto din ang impormasyon na ibigay ninyo. Kulang yung sabihin niyong “factory worker”, “all-around” o “production”. Ang ganitong sagot ay walang katapat na degree na pwedeng i-alok ng kahit anong ETEEAP school.

Kaya upang magabayan kayo sa tamang direction, ito ang impormasyon na kailangan ninyong ibigay kapag kayo ay mag-apply, o mag-enquire. Kailangang masagot ninyo nang kompletong impormasyon ang mga tanong na ito.

Ano yung detalyadong trabaho ninyo bilang factory worker?

Kailangang detalyado ang gawain ninyo sa factory sapagkat magkakaibang degree ang katapat ng bawat trabaho. Kahit pa all-around ay siguradong may isa o dalawang “specific function” na mas doon kayo naka-focus.

Nandito ang mga halimbawa ng factory job descriptions na pwedeng ma-evaluate ng ilang school para mabigyan ng degree:

Machine Operator: Ito yung mga pag-isipan ninyo na detalye na pwedeng pagkuhanan ng evaluation points na pwede ninyong isama sa inyong DFR:

Anong machine ang hawak mo, ilang machine at gaano mo katagal na ino-operate ang mga yun?
Ikaw din ba ang gumagawa ng trouble-shooting pag nagka-aberya?
May kasama din bang electrical system yung mga makina na hawak mo?
Computerized ba yung mga machine?
Ikaw ba ang nag-assemble at nagpapalit ng mge piyesa ng mga makina?

Kung ganito ang mga hawak mo sa factory ay pwede kang makapag-enroll ng Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology major (BIT-Mechanical). Ang pinakamurang mga school na mayroon niyan ay PSU at DMMMSU.

Production (Semiconductor and Electronics): Ito yung mga pag-isipan ninyo na detalye na pwedeng pagkuhanan ng evaluation points na pwede ninyong isama sa inyong DFR:

Anong produkto ang ginagawa mo?
Aling bahagi sa production ang specific na function mo?
Electronics devices at/o semiconductor ba ang products?
Anong mga specific na items ang ginagawa ng factory ninyo?
Ilang taon mong hawak ang trabahong yan?

Kung ganito ang mga hawak mo sa factory ay pwede kang makapag-enroll ng Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Electronics Technology major (BIT-Electronics). Ang pinakamurang mga school na mayroon niyan ay PSU at DMMMSU.

Production (Garments factory): Ito yung mga pag-isipan ninyo na detalye na pwedeng pagkuhanan ng evaluation points na pwede ninyong isama sa inyong DFR:

Anong produkto ang ginagawa ninyo?
Aling bahagi sa production ang specific na function mo?
Anong specific na garment ang ginagawa ninyo?
Anong section sa production ang hawak mo?
Ilang taon mong hawak ang trabahong yan?

Kung ganito ang trabaho mo sa factory ay pwede kang makapag-enroll ng Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Garments and Fashion Design major (BIT-Garments and Fashion Design). Ang pinakamurang mga school na mayroon niyan ay PSU.

Office (Staff Admin or Quality Controller): Ito yung mga pag-isipan ninyo na detalye na pwedeng pagkuhanan ng evaluation points na pwede ninyong isama sa inyong DFR:

Quality controller ba ang department mo?
Pinangangasiwaan mo ba ang HR department?
Kasama ba sa trabaho mo ang office supply management?
Hawak mo ba ang mga legal aspect ng kompanya?
May oversight ka ba sa logistics needs ng kompanya?
Ilang taon mong hawak ang trabahong yan?

Kung ganito ang trabaho mo sa factory ay pwede kang makapag-enroll ng Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) o kaya Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA). May listahan tayo ng mga school na deputized ng CHED para sa BSBA at BSOA dito sa link.

BSBA-BSOA Deputized Institutions.

Yan ay ilan lamang sa mga trabaho sa factory na possibleng ma-evaluate para mabigyan ng degree. Pagkatapos ninyong ibigay ang detalye ng trabaho niyo ay ihuli ninyo ang inyong educational attainment at iba pang mga training certificate at iba pang mga credential ninyo. Kung kakapusin man kayo ng evaluation points ay magbibigay ang school ng advice kung ano pa ang pwede ninyong gawin para ma-kompleto ang kailangan ninyong score para sa enrollment sa ETEEAP.

Isang mahalagang payo na uulitin lang natin: Ang ETEEAP ay work experience based kaya kailangan ninyong maintindihan ang sistemang ito. Hindi kayo pwedeng mamili ng degree na hindi akma sa inyong trabaho. Para sa kompletong impormasyon tungkol dito ay pwede ninyong puntahan ang mga link sa karagdagang impormasyon sa ibaba kung hindi pa ninyo nakikita ang mga ito.

Isa pang mahalagang advice. Sa ETEEAP ay importante ang pagiging attentive sa instruction at palabasa sa ibinibigay na link, infographics o iba pang material. Kapag napansin ng school admin na hindi kayo ganyan baka ibagsak nila kayo. Halimbawa, may ibinigay na infographics o link sa inyo at nagtanong kayo na ang sagot ay nandoon sa kakabigay lang na material, at paulit-ulit na ganyan, magiging problema yan na attitude kapag naka-enroll na kayo. Kaya ang ilang school ay hindi na tinatanggap ang mga aplikante na ganyan.

May iba pa tayong karagdagang impormasyon dito sa ibaba.

Nandito ang link sa listahan ng mga deputized school ng CHED (ETEEAP DHEIs). May naidagdag pa mula noong January 2022 pero hindi pa na-update ng CHED.

Another important point: Karamihang ETEEAP schools ngayon ay hindi face to face. Either online or modular sila, o kaya ay hybrid online-modular. Ito ay para sa mga OFW na magkakaiba ang time zones at hindi rin makauwi para mag-aral, o hindi rin convenient para sa online synchronous learning. Kaya hindi kailangang sa inyong lugar ang school na hanapin ninyo.

Para sa mga Domestic Helper na nais magkaroon ng degree, gusto din namin kayong matulungan at ito ang pwede ninyong ibigay na information kapag kayo ay mag-enquire.

Tulad ng ibang degree, kailangang kompleto din ang impormasyon na ibigay ninyo. Kulang yung sabihin niyong “sa bahay lang ako”, o “all around ang trabaho ko”. Ang ganitong sagot ay walang katapat na degree na pwedeng i-alok ng kahit anong ETEEAP school.

Ito ang impormasyon na kailangan ninyong ibigay kapag kayo ay mag-apply. Kailangang masagot ninyo ng kompletong impormasyon ang mga tanong na ito.

Ano yung mga trabaho ninyo bilang DH?

Kailangang detalyado ang gawain ninyo sa bahay sapagkat magkakaibang degree ang katapat ng bawat trabaho. Kahit pa all-around ay siguradong may isa o dalawang gawain sa loob ng bahay na mas doon kayo naka-focus.

Nandito ang mga halimbawa ng trabaho na pwedeng ma-evaluate ng ilang school para mabigyan ng degree:

Nanny tutor ka ba? Paki-detalye ang ginagawa mo as tutor, dahil baka pwede kang ma-qualify sa education degree. Kung third year college ka na nanny-tutor at mahigit 5 taon mong trabaho yan ay pwede kang makapag-enroll ng BS Education degree sa PSU.

Ikaw ba ang tagaluto at kasama na dito ang kitchen management, budgeting at pamamalengke? May inaalagaan ka bang sensitive sa diet, at anu-anong mga pagkain ang inihahanda mo? Gaano katagal mong trabaho ito? Ilan ang ipinagluluto mo at may iba ka pa bang mga gawain na may connection sa paguluto at pag-manage ng cooking facility at dining room? Katulad din ito ng pagta-trabaho sa mga resort at canteen o mga eatery. Ang mga gawaing ito ay pwede sa Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Major in Food Service Management sa PSU.

Ikaw ba ay gardener at gumagawa din ng maintenance ng bahay ng amo mo? Anong scope nito at gaano katagal? Kasama ba dito ang carpentry, electrical at pumbing maintenance? Kahit isa o dawalang bahay lang kung naka-focus ka sa mga ito sa limang taon o mahigit pa ay baka pwede ka sa Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Major in Civil Technology sa PSU.

Ikaw ba ay driver at kasama na rin ba diyan ang maintenance at trouble shooting ng mga problema ng sasakyan ng amo mo? Ano ang kasama sa gawain mong ito at gaano katagal? Baka pwede ka sa Bachelor of Industrial Technology, Major in Automotive Technology sa PSU.

Yan ay ilan lamang sa mga trabaho ng mga DH na possibleng ma-evaluate para mabigyan ng degree. Pagkatapos ninyong ibigay ang detalye ng trabaho niyo ay ihuli ninyo ang inyong educational attainment at iba pang mga training certificate at iba pang mga credential ninyo. Kung kukulangin man kayo ng score sa evaluation ay magbibigay ang school ng advice kung ano pa ang pwede ninyong gawin para ma-kompleto ang kailangan ninyong score para sa enrollment sa ETEEAP.

Isang mahalagang payo lang:
Huwag naman kayong mangarap ng nursing kung kayo ay nag-aalaga ng mga matatanda nang mga amo dahil mataas ang requirement ng nursing degree. Kahit pa sa ospital kayo nag-trabaho ay mahirap pa ring makakuha ng nursing degree sa ETEEAP.

Huwag din ninyong ipilit ang Bachelor of Education kung nanny/tutor kayo. Kailangan ang experience sa actual classroom teaching, o classroom setting (online or face-to-face) para ma-qualify sa education programs.

Isa pang mahalagang impormasyon. Sa ETEEAP ay importante ang pagiging attentive sa instruction at palabasa sa ibinibigay na link, infographics o iba pang material. ALS Graduates

Para sa mga nagtapos ng ALS na nais mag-ETEEAP, narito ang isang sample ng ALS graduate na qualified sa ETEEAP at hindi na kailangang mag-senior high school. Tinakpan namin ang pangalan at address ng may-ari ng document pero binigyan kami ng permiso na gamitin ito.

Pansinin ang remark sa ibaba ng overall score. Kung may nakasulat na ganyan na information ay qualified ang applicant na mag-enroll sa ETEEAP. Kung ang nakalagay ay “ELIGIBLE FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL” o “ELIGIBLE FOR SHS” ay hindi pa considered na high school graduate at hindi pa pwedeng mag-apply o mag-enroll sa ETEEAP.

Kung ang nakasulat sa ALS document ay “high school equivalent” at “eligible for tertiary education“, naabot ng aplikante ang isang basic qualification sa ETEEAP.

Para maiwasan din ang hindi kinakailangan na extrang trabaho ng mga evaluator sa school ay pakitingnan ninyo ang self-evaluation guide sa ibaba. Ito ay para hindi masayang ang kanilang oras sa pag-evaluate sa mga document na hindi relevant sa mga offerded degree nila.

How to self-evaluate

Mga karaniwang tanong ng mga aplikante sa ETEEAP:
– Pwede bang mamili ng degree?
– Anong degree ang akma sa akin?
– Paano kung undergraduate ako ng isang degree?

Pwedeng ba akong mamili ng degree?

– Hindi, kung iisang field ang work experience at 5 years lang. Ito ay kapit sa mga less than 30 years old.

– Oo, kung may dalawa o tatlong field ka na work experience at tig-limang taon ang bawat isa. Ibig sabihin ay 10 to 15 years ka nang nagtatrabaho, at ang iyong edad ay nasa pagitan ng 33 at 40 (o mas matanda pa).

Halimbawa:

Undergraduate ka ng nursing. Nagtrabaho ka ng 15 years sa mga field na ito:

1) Electronics components/semiconductor (5 years)
2) Service crew, cook at cashier ng isang restaurant (5 years)
3) Pina-manage sa iyo ng tiyuhin mo ang isang branch ng grocery store nila (5 years)

Tanong: Pwede mo bang ituloy yung nursing mo sa ETEEAP?

Sagot: Hindi

Anong mga degree ang pwede sa iyo? Doon sa mga experience field sa itaas ito ang mga katapat.

1) BIT Electronics major
2) BIT Food Service Management major
3) BSBA

Dito ngayon papasok ang pwedeng makadalawang degree ang isang aplikante sa ETEEAP.

DHEIs Offering Bachelor of Science in Criminology under ETEEAP

Pangasinan State University (PSU)

One of the largest state university in the country with eight campuses scattered in strategic locations in the province of Pangasinan. Since it is a state university, it is also one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) of all schools that offer Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim) in the whole country under the ETEEAP.

Pangasinan is also the home of the ETEEAP founder, former president Fidel V. Ramos, who was also a decorated military officer. It is also the home of several military, police officers and law enforcers who made a record for themselves in their respective fields. It is therefore appropriate that their state university offers this specialized degree.

PSU is one of the higher education institutions in Region 1 with 8 campuses within the province of Pangasinan.

Included in their programs is the implementation of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), being one of the hundreds of colleges and universities in the Philippines that were deputized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). We are featuring the Asingan Campus on this site, although you can also enroll the same mentioned degree programs (and more) at their Lingayen Campus as well as three other campuses.

PSU ETEEAP Learning Modality

PSU implements and delivers ETEEAP using the self-paced/self-guided Modular Learning System. Please see below the differences of the four learning systems used by different schools. You may also visit this link for the comprehensive discussion.

1) Face to face o inperson (F2F or IP)
– Pupunta ang estudyante sa school at doon mismo mag-aral kasabay ng iba pang mga estudyante. Ito ay tinatawag na SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING.

2) Online
– Hindi pupunta sa school ang estudyante ngunit mag-aaral din ito kasabay ng iba sa pamamagitan ng mga online learning tools tulad ng Zoom, Google Meet at Classroom, Messenger at iba pang virtual conference tools. SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING din ito.

3) Modular
– Hindi pupunta sa school o sa online ang estudyante kundi matatanggap niya ang mga lesson niya sa door to door delivery, email o sa school portal at gagawin niya sa sariling schedule ang pag-aaral saka niya i-submit ang mga assignment niya sa pareho ding paraan ng pag-deliver sa kanya. Ito ay tinatawag na ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING.

4) Hybrid
– Ito ay anumang combination ng number 1, 2 at 3. Mayroong hybrid online-modular (HOM) at hybrid inperson-modular (HIM) o hybrid face-to-face and modular (HFM).

SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING – Sabay-sabay na mag-aral ang mga estudyante sa loob ng classroom o iba pang bahagi ng school campus, o sa pamamagitan ng mga virtual conference tools tulad ng Zoom, Google Meet, at Messenger.

ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING – Hindi sabay-sabay ang pag-aaral at tatapusin ng estudyante ang mga assignment niya sa module na ipapadala sa kanya, sa pag log-in sa school portal o LMS, o sa Google Classroom ng school.

Tuition and Other Fees

This is one of the first question prospective candidates always ask so we will explain it here. Below is the official fee schedule coming from their office. PSU’s fee structure is one of the cheapest in the Philippines as well as globally. Other questions and clarifications you may have in mind can be directly addressed to the authorized representative who cares for this project. You can find her contact details below.

The list in the table below are categorized with the corresponding maximum score of each category. You need to meet the minimum score of 60.00 points to be able to enroll in PSU’s ETEEAP programs.

Application, Evaluation and Enrollment Procedure

Fill out the application forms (Click here for the downloadable application form in PDF). For the editable version of the ETEEAP application form in MS Word, please go the this link.
Prepare a detailed resume or CV along with a cover letter of intent which includes the program of your interest.
Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFR) or Service Record to be signed by your current employer. (See sample DFR in this link)
Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFRs) or Service Records to be signed by your previous employers (If available).
Prepare copies of employment certificates (COE) of current and previous employers pertaining to number 3 and 4. (See sample COE in this link)
Request a recommendation letter from your employer. (See samples in this link)
Prepare all the other documents (NSO provided birth certificate, Diploma and transcripts of records of your completed education, etc).
Prepare all certificates of training, seminars and awards that you have acquired.
Prepare a list of your works or publications either in print or digital. (Examples: Websites, printed books you have written and published, newspaper or magazine articles you have written-online or in print; technical projects-patented or not such as electronic or electrical devices and equipment, big projects you were involved).
Any other relevant documents from any organization or entity as proof of your claimed skills and achievements.
Send the folder to PSU using one of the three options below:
- Personally deliver the documents to PSU (Walk-in).
- Ship the folder to PSU via DHL/FedEx/LBC/JRS/J&T/EMS or other forwarding companies.
- Avail of the services provided by ETEEAP.org. You can see the procedure in the link below.

When you fill out your application form, please specify which offered program or degree you are interested to enroll in. After evaluation, the PSU ETEEAP administrators will send their reply to you informing you as to which of the courses/subjects and units/credits are covered by your credentials, and the subjects you still need to enroll along with the cost. ETEEAP enrollment is daily which means you will not follow a specific time frame. All subjects and requirements will be covered and completed through online learning modules.

Residency Period

Individuals enrolled under the Program are required to have minimum residency of six (6) months. This means that even if your enrolled subjects are completed in less than 6 months, you can not apply for graduation, even if you have complied with all the requirements. Maximum residency is two years when and if you have not completed all your requirements, you need to undergo a re-evaluation and another enrollment procedure.

You will be provided additional instructions when your pre-evaluation is completed.

Important information and requirement after evaluation:

One of the requirements is for the college or university where you completed the units/credits that you submitted (if you did and where applicable) along with your other credentials to verify this by sending a copy of your Official Transcript of Record (OTR) directly to PSU, along with comments about your status.
