UC Baguio (also called Baguio Colleges Foundation as its former name) is one of the higher education institutions in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) particularly in the city of Baguio.

Included in their programs is the implementation of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), being one of the hundreds of colleges and universities in the Philippines that were deputized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). UC Baguio was one of the pioneers in implementing the ETEEAP at its infancy.

It is also a known university in terms of quality education especially in the field of engineering, law, education, criminology and political science. Most of their faculty members are practicing in their own fields which give them additional leverage when it comes to exposing and preparing their students to the real world where they will soon practice what they are learning.

Below are information most ETEEAP-aspiring students are asking.

UC-Baguio ETEEAP Learning Modality

UC-Baguio implements and delivers ETEEAP using the full-modular modality (Except in cases where the professor sees the need for an online class attendance with Google Classroom, Zoom or other platforms). Please see below the differences of the four learning systems used by different schools. You may also visit this link for the comprehensive discussion.

1) Face to face o inperson (F2F or IP)
– Pupunta ang estudyante sa school at doon mismo mag-aral kasabay ng iba pang mga estudyante. Ito ay tinatawag na SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING.

2) Online
– Hindi pupunta sa school ang estudyante ngunit mag-aaral din ito kasabay ng iba sa pamamagitan ng mga online learning tools tulad ng Zoom, Google Meet at Classroom, Messenger at iba pang virtual conference tools. SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING din ito.

3) Modular
– Hindi pupunta sa school o sa online ang estudyante kundi matatanggap niya ang mga lesson niya sa door to door delivery, email o sa school portal at gagawin niya sa sariling schedule ang pag-aaral saka niya i-submit ang mga assignment niya sa pareho ding paraan ng pag-deliver sa kanya. Ito ay tinatawag na ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING.

4) Hybrid
– Ito ay anumang combination ng number 1, 2 at 3. Mayroong hybrid online-modular (HOM) at hybrid inperson-modular (HIM) o hybrid face-to-face and modular (HFM).

SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING – Sabay-sabay na mag-aral ang mga estudyante sa loob ng classroom o iba pang bahagi ng school campus, o sa pamamagitan ng mga virtual conference tools tulad ng Zoom, Google Meet, at Messenger.

ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING – Hindi sabay-sabay ang pag-aaral at tatapusin ng estudyante ang mga assignment niya sa module na ipapadala sa kanya, sa pag log-in sa school portal o LMS, o sa Google Classroom ng school.

Tuition and Other Fees

This is one of the first question prospective candidates always ask so we will explain it here. Below is the official fee schedule coming from their office. The figures below starts next school year (2026-2027)

Application Fee: Php2,200.00 (For initial assessment and printing of documents)
Assessment Fee: Php22,000.00 (Your documents will be forwarded to the respective college or aligned program
Tuition Fee: Php920.00 per unit (Total will only be determined after your evaluation so we cannot provide any answer as to how much is the rough estimate)
Miscellaneous Fee: Php9,000.00 (Approximate)

Application, Evaluation and Enrollment Procedure

Fill out the application forms (Click here for the downloadable application form in PDF). For the editable version of the ETEEAP application form in MS Word, please go the this link.
Prepare a detailed resume or CV along with a cover letter of intent which includes the program of your interest.
Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFR) or Service Record to be signed by your current employer. (See sample DFR in this link)
Prepare a Detailed Functions and Responsibilities (DFRs) or Service Records to be signed by your previous employers (If available).
Prepare copies of employment certificates (COE) of current and previous employers pertaining to number 3 and 4. (See sample COE in this link)
Request a recommendation letter from your employer. (See samples in this link)
Prepare all the other documents (NSO provided birth certificate, Diploma and transcripts of records of your completed education, etc).
Prepare all certificates of training, seminars and awards that you have acquired.
Prepare a list of your works or publications either in print or digital. (Examples: Websites, printed books you have written and published, newspaper or magazine articles you have written-online or in print; technical projects-patented or not such as electronic or electrical devices and equipment, big projects you were involved).
Any other relevant documents from any organization or entity as proof of your claimed skills and achievements.

If you pass the evaluation, you may enroll and pay all corresponding fees, but you will be required to submit the original copies of your credentials before you apply for graduation (These will be returned to you along with your degree documents upon graduation).

Residency Period

Individuals enrolled under the Program are required to have minimum residency of six (6) months. This means that even if your enrolled subjects are completed in less than 6 months, you can not apply for graduation, even if you have complied with all the requirements. Maximum residency is two years when and if you have not completed all your requirements, you need to undergo a re-evaluation and another enrollment procedure.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify in PSU’s ETEEAP programs, you need to have the following:

23 years of age or older (No upper limit)
Filipino citizen
Minimum education level should be high school graduate equivalent (Regular old or new curriculum and ALS)
Work experience of not less than 5 years in a specific industry. It could be continuous under one employer, or aggregate under different employers and time frame but not overlapping if under multiple employees. These should be well supported by documents.

Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM)

Food Service Management is under the Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). It is also called Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM). This is a trending program from the Pangasinan State University which has benefited hundreds of ETEEAP applicants.

It is a four-year management degree which is similar to BSBA, but focused on the management of food businesses, factories and establishments including hotel restaurants and fast food chains as well as factories and farms.

Career Path of BIT-FSM Graduates

Supervisory and Managerial position of fast food chains.
Supervisory and Managerial position of restaurants and other food establishments.
Supervisory and Managerial position of food manufacturing companies.
Supervisory and Managerial position of abattoirs or slaughterhouses.
Supervisory and Managerial position of food-producing institutions and farms.
Graduates of this program are eligible to take up graduate programs such as Master in Business Administration (MBA).

Details of the Program

Full Bachelors Degree and accredited by World Education System (WES) of Canada and US as 4-year bachelors degree.
Total cost is below 40,000.00 until graduation (See cost breakdown below).
Can be completed between 6 and 12 months depending on the student’s diligence and availability of time to complete all the requirements. Candidates can apply for graduation after completion of all requirements, or 6 months after the official enrollment, whichever comes last.
Non-thesis but with equivalent projects and research activities related to the subjects. You may also be required to demonstrate your skills (Your professors will provide instructions on how to go about it).
Full self-paced modular learning modality without synchronous face-to-face or virtual/online classroom where students need to join, so it is convenient to OFWs who live in different time zones and where Internet connection is limited or intermittent.

Restaurant employee for not less than five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
Catering services for not less than five years (Continuous or multiple employees, but not overlapping periods).
Food business owner for not less than five years (Continuous or aggregate, but not overlapping periods if multiple business establishments).
DH or caregiver whose job includes food preparation and kitchen management as well as diet management. Your employers (current and former, if applicable) should be able to provide a proof of this such as certification or letter confirming that this was one of the major parts of your responsibilities. We are sure that most, if not all, of our domestic helpers’ job descriptions include this specific function. The only thing needed to be done is to have everything documented. Expanded DH Assistance for PSU ETEEAP

Expanded Assistance to DH and Caregivers

We at ETEEAP.org in coordination with PSU-Asingan continuously create possibilities that open up new opportunities for DH and caregivers.

Ang page na ito ay exclusive para sa mga Domestic Helper (DH) at mga Caregiver na hindi ma-qualify sa ibang ETEEAP program. Ginawa ang sistemang ito dahil naobserbahan na marami ang nahihirapan na gumawa ng kanilang mga document tulad ng CV, application letter, mag fill out ng ETEEAP application form at iba pang mga kailangan nilang ihanda sa pag-apply sa ETEEAP. Ang dahilan ay wala silang access sa mga computer at dahil din sa nature ng kanilang trabaho ay talagang nahihirapan sila bukod sa celfon lang ang gamit nila.

Ang isa pang dahilan ay wala silang alam na pagkuhanan ng mga kinakailangang training certificate na susuporta sa kanilang specific na trabaho maliban doon sa mga standard na certificate na kinuha nila nang nag-apply sila bilang OFW.

Dahil dito ay nais namin kayong tulungan sa paghahanda ng inyong mga credential. May bayad ang services na ito pero sulit ang gastos ninyo.

Ito yung college degree program na aligned sa inyo.

Food Service Management under their Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). It is also called Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM).

Pero kailangan pa rin limang taon a mahigit pa na bahagi ng trabaho ninyo ang food preparation at diet management. Kasama din dapat ay kitchen management and budgeting. Kung ito ay hindi bahagi ng work experience ninyo ay hindi pa rin kayo ma-qualify.

Ang progam na ito ay management degree na kapareho ng BSBA, pero naka-focus lang sa management ng mga food business, food factories at mga kaparehong establishment kasama na diyan ang mga fast food chain at restaurant sa loob ng mga hotel. Ito ay WES-accredited na program kaya magagamit ninyo ito sa Canada at US. Hindi lalagpas sa 40,000.00 pesos ang magagastos ninyo hanggang matapos.

Ang table sa ibaba ay walang hidden charges. Nandiyan lahat ang detalye ng mga kailangan ninyong ihanda mula sa pag-apply hanggang graduation. Makikita din ninyo kung kailan ninyo dapat bayaran ang bawat section sa fee structure.

Important to note: Bihirang umaabot sa 41,400.00 ang kabuuang binabayaran ng estudyante. Naka-maximum ang computation sa itaas. Kadalasan ay mas mababa ng PHP2,000.00 hanggang PHP3,000.00 ang inaabot ng total na expense kaya ang naka-advertise ay less than 40,000.00 ang total cost.

Paano Mag-apply?

Kailangan ninyong i-submit ang kompletong requirement ninyo na naka-print at nasa isang folder.
Dapat organized ang mga credential ninyo sa sequence ng category ng mga document.
Hindi ini-evaluate ang mga pinapadala lang sa email lalo na kung hindi kompleto ito, at kahit pa kompleto ay hindi nila titingnan yun. Kailangang naka-print.
Pwede ninyong gawin ang lahat ng procedure na ito, o pwede din kayaong mag-avail sa mga services namin na nasa ibaba.

Ano ang Magagawa Namin Para sa Inyo?

Ang consultancy services namin ay nakalaan para sa mga DH at caregiver na nahihirapan na maghanda at mag-compile ng kanilang mga requirement para makapag-aral sa ETEEAP. Sa mga nag-avail nito na na-submit sa school mula noong inumpisahan namin may mga pumasa at nakapag-enroll na (Wala pa namang bumabagsak). Ang mga sumusunod ang kasama sa services namin na babayaran ninyo:

May online orientation tayo pagkatapos ninyong magbayad (Pwedeng one-on-one o group kung may kasabay kayo na nagbayad). May link sa ibaba kung saan kayo magpapa-register.
Tutulungan namin kayo sa mga paraan kung paano at saan makakuha ng mga kinakailangang training certificate na akma sa inyong skills.
Magbibigay kami ng guidance kung ano pa ang mga document na kailangan ninyo, kung saan ninyo ito makukuha, o kung paano kayo makakakuha. Pero hindi namin kayo iga-guide sa mga illegal na procedure at mga hindi totoo.
Bibigyan namin kayo ng mga sample na document, at kung kailangan ay gagawin namin ang mga ito para i-print ninyo at ipa-prima na lang sa mga amo ninyo saka ninyo ibalik sa amin.
Kung kinakailangan ay kami ang magta-type ng mga sagot ninyo sa application form at sa iba pang mga document na hindi ninyo magawa dahil celfon lang ang gamit ninyo. Pero hindi kami ang sasagot sa mga tanong. May form kung saan ninyo i-fill out yung mga sagot ninyo na madali lang gawin sa celfon at kami na lang ang maglilipat ng mga information (Ang mga form na ito ay legal at pwedeng gamiting proof sa mga legal transactions). Bibigyan namin kayo ng karagdagang instruction tungkol dito kapag nakapagbayad na kayo.
Kami ang mag-organize ng mga credential ninyo.
Kami ang mag-print at mag-organize ng mga ito para ma-bind ang portfolio ninyo.
Ipapadala namin ito sa school para sa evaluation.
Tutulong kami sa pag-follow up at kung may kulang pa ay itutuloy namin ang assistance sa inyo kung paano ninyo ito makukuha.
Kung sakaling bumagsak man kayo sa unang evaluation ay itutuloy namin ang assistance hanggang sa makompleto ninyo ang requirement at makapag-enroll.

Pero bago kayo magpatuloy ay pakibasa lang ninyo itong Accountability Release, Disclaimer at iba pang policy:

Una: Hindi ito procedure ng PSU o ng anumang school na kung saan nagkaroon kami ng ganitong kaayusan. Requirement ng PSU na naka-print ang mga document ninyo at naka-organize sa isang folder bago ito i-submit. Hindi nila trabaho ang mag-print. Kaya namin ito inaalok na serbisiyo, at pinayagan naman ito ng PSU. Hindi din namin sila partner. Kaya kung anuman ang magiging problema sa set-up na ito ay walang pananagutan ang PSU habang nasa amin at pinoproseso namin ang mga requirement ninyo. Ang responsibilidad lang nila ay kung makarating na ang portfolio ninyo sa kanila.

Pangalawa: Hindi garantiya ito ng automatikong enrollment ninyo sa PSU. Ito ay isa lang na bahagi ng proseso ng pag-apply ninyo. Kung anuman ang resulta ng evaluation nila ay hindi na namin pananagutan yun dahil kung ano ang sinubmit ninyo ay yun din ang ipapasa namin sa kanila.

Policy tungkol sa refund:

– Kapag nagbayad na kayo at napagtanto ninyo na hindi pala aligned sa mga programa ng PSU ang inyong mga credential, at gusto ninyong magpa-refund ay may 48 hours lang para gawin ninyo ito. Ngunit ang ire-refund lang namin ay 25% ng binayaran ninyo.
Ang dahilan: Kailangan ninyong seriosohin ang pag-apply dito at hindi lang kayo gumagawa ng school shopping. Dapat ay serioso, desidido determinado kayo sa pagpasok sa programang ito, at pag-aralan ninyong mabuti bago kayo mag-umpisa. Pwede ninyong pindutin yung picture o yung button para mabuksan yung registration form.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) from DH and Caregivers

Q: Paano kung nagbayad ako at hindi ako pumasa sa evaluation?
A: Kung hindi pumasa sa unang evaluation ay malalaman natin kung ano ang kulang pa na dapat ipasa sa school. Sasabihin yan ng school sa amin at yun ang aasikasuhin natin para maibigay natin. Hindi dahil sa bumagsak sa unang evaluation ay nangangahulugan na wala nang pag-asa. Kadalasan ay may isa o dalawang document lang na kailangang maipasa. Pero bago mangyari yan, tinitiyak muna namin na kompleto na ang mga requirement ninyo bago natin ipasa ang mga ito. Ito ang services na binabayaran ninyo sa amin.

Q: Pwede bang kumuha ng education degree ang isang nanny/tutor ng mahigit five years?

Ang isang nanny-tutor ay parang isang full-time na mother at housewife na may limang anak na magkakasunod at siya din ang tutor ng kanyang mga anak. Hindi ito pwedeng ma-qualify sa education degree.

Q: May paraan ba para makakuha ang isang DH ng education degree?
A: Mayroon. Yan ang isa sa mga tinatalakay sa orientation kapag nag-sign up ka na.

Q: Pwede bang kumuha ng BSN ang isang cargiver?
A: Hindi kahit pa sa caregiving facility siya nagta-trabaho. Ang BSN ay mataas ang requirement at kailangan din na sa medical facilities nagtatrabaho ang mga aplikante. Para makita ninyo ito, pwede ninyong puntahan ang link na ito para sa kompletong requirement: BSN Requirement Page

Q: Pwede bang mag-enroll sa BSBA ang isang DH o Caregiver?
A: Hindi kung base lamang sa trabaho niya bilang DH o Caregiver. Pero kung may trabaho siya bago mag-DH na pwedeng ma-align sa BSBA nang mahigit sa 5 years at may kompletong document ay pwedeng ma-consider ng school.

Q: May posibilidad ba na makapag-apply sa BSBA ang isang caregiver?
A: Pwede kung ang trabaho niya ay sa opisina ng isang caregiving facility na humahawak ng mga office functions tulad ng secretary at iba pang administrative function o position. Pero kung in-house o live-in family caregiver ay hindi qualified. Ang pwedeng recommended program ay ang Bachelor of Industrial Technology, majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM), kung kasama sa trabaho niya ang food preparation at kitchen management and budgeting. Kung hindi ay hindi pa rin siya qualified.

Q: Pwede bang mag-apply sa ibang degree program ang isang DH o caregiver?
A: Pwede kung may ibang trabaho siya sa ibang field bago maging DH na pwedeng ma-align sa mga inaalok na college degree program sa ETEEAP. Ngunit kailangan pa rin na limang taon o mahigit na trabaho niya ito at kompleto siya ng supporting documents at iba pang mga requirement sa ETEEAP.

Q: Undergraduate ako ng ___xxx___ na degree. Pwede ko bang ituloy yun sa ETEEAP?
A: Para matanggap sa ETEEAP, ang unang titingnan ng school ay ang work experience mo kahit pa nakatapos ka ng isang doctorate degree. Hindi ito program kung saan mo itutuloy ang hindi mo natapos na college degree mo, maliban lang kung ang trabaho mo ay related din dito.

Ito yung primary requirements for evaluation:
1) Age (23 years or older)
2) Filipino
3) High school graduate
4) 5 years or longer of relevant work experience, including proper supporting documents.
Kung pasado ka sa apat na ito saka pa lang nila titingnan ang iba pang mga credential mo, kasama na diyan ang mga college degree mo. Pero kung wala ka ng kahit isa sa apat na primary requirement, hindi na nila itutuloy ang evaluation mo kahit pa may dalawa kang doctorate degree.

Q: Paano kung yan ang gusto ko (BSBA or Education Degree), dahil yan talaga ang pangarap ko?
A: Ang ETEEAP ay HINDI YUNG GUSTO mong degree, kundi kung ano ang aligned na program sa trabaho mo. Maliban kung nagkataon na yung gusto mong degree ang aligned sa trabaho mo. Pero kung hindi at gusto mo talaga yung hindi aligned ay isa lang ang pwede mong gawin. Mag-enroll sa school na mayroon niyan sa regular program nila, yung 4 years na kunkunin na pwedeng online, hybrid modular-online o face-to-face. Huwag kang mag-enroll sa mga school na nagsasabing pwede kang makatapos ng less than 6 months na parang ETEEAP din pero hindi siya ETEEAP. Scam yan at baka kakutyaba ng school at yung ahente.

Aligned Program ng PSU ETEEAP para sa mga DH at Caregiver

Ang page na ito ay exclusive para sa mga Domestic Helpers (DH) at Caregiver na hindi ma-qualify sa mga degree program ng ETEEAP dahil wala silang ibang work experience bago sila mag-DH o mag-Caregiver.

Bago kayo pumatol sa mga hindi siguradong inaalok sa inyo (at baka ma-scam pa kayo) may isang program sa Pangasinan State University-Asingan Campus na pwedeng akma sa inyo.

Ang PSU-Asingan ay isang state university (government university) kaya nakasisiguro kayo na legitimate ito at kinikilala sa ibang bansa.

Suggested and Offered Bachelors Degree Program

Ang program ay Food Service Management na nasa ilalim ng Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). Tinatawag din itong Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM).

Ito ay Four-Year Management Degree (Bachelors Degree) na kapareho ng BSBA, ngunit naka-focus ito sa management ng mga food business, mga factory ng lahat ng uri ng pagkain, at mga establishments kasama na ang mga restaurant sa mga hotel at mga fast food chain, ganoon din sa mga farm kung saan nangggaling ang mga pagkain natin.

Features, accreditations, cost and learning modality

Qualifications para sa mga Domestic Helper at Caregiver

Primary Requirement

23 years or older (No upper limit)
High school graduate equivalent (Regular old or new curriculum or ALS)
Dapat ang inyong credential ay nagsasabing “Eligible for College“, “Eligible for Tertiary Education“, o “Secondary Education Equivalent“
Filipino citizen (Dual citizens are accepted)
5 years or longer as domestic helper or in-house/live-in caregiver. Pwede din ang mga nasa caregiving facilities.

Work Experience Requirement
Para ma-qualify, kailangang isa sa mga pinakapangunahing trabaho ninyo bilang DH o caregiver ay ang mga ito:

Food preparation para sa mga amo
Kitchen management ng amo
Diet management ng mga miyembro ng pamilya
Pamamalengke at budgeting ng mga pangangailangan sa kusina.

Ang mga amo ninyo (kasalukuyan man o nakaraan-current and former, kung mahigit sa isa) ay kailangang magbigay ng supporting document sa trabaho ninyong ito. PSU ETEEAP DH Aligned Program

This page is exclusively prepared for Domestic Helpers (DH) and Caregivers who cannot qualify in other degree programs under the ETEEAP. Before you resort to other risky means of acquiring a college degree, we would like you to consider this program under a legitimate ETEEAP school, which is Pangasinan State University-Asingan Campus.

Suggested and Offered Bachelors Degree Program

Food Service Management under their Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). It is also called Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM).

This is a four-year management degree similar to BSBA, but focused on management of food businesses, factories and establishments including hotel restaurants and fast food chains as well as factories and farms.

It is a WES accredited program that costs less than 40,000.00 pesos to complete, and can be completed in 6 to 18 months depending on the student’s diligence, time availability as well as being organized. This is a non-thesis program but some subjects involves extensive research-based project but still focused on the field you are familiar with. It can also be attended and completed through a full self-paced modular learning modality, which is very convenient with the busy life of OFWs, specially domestic helpers and caregivers.

Career Path of BIT-FSM Graduates

Supervisory and Managerial position of fast food chains.
Supervisory and Managerial position of restaurants and other food establishments.
Supervisory and Managerial position of food manufacturing companies.
Supervisory and Managerial position of abattoirs or slaughterhouses.
Supervisory and Managerial position of food-producing institutions and farms.

Other open opportunities for BIT-FSM graduates

Graduates of BIT-FSM are eligible to take up graduate programs such as Master in Business Administration (MBA).
Graduates of BIT-FSM may enroll for 18 teaching units to qualify for LET licensure exams with the BTLEd major.

Qualifications for Domestic Helpers and Caregivers

To qualify, part of your work as DH or caregiver should be food preparation and kitchen management as well as diet management. Your employers (current and former, if applicable) should be able to provide a proof of this such as certification or letter confirming that this was one of the major parts of your responsibilities. We are sure that most, if not all, of our domestic helpers’ job descriptions include this specific function. The only thing needed to be done is to have everything documented.

Note: 1 year in addition to the minimum 5 years work experience in the field you want to apply for ETEEAP earns one point. Maximum of 20 points in this specific area.

Dahil dito ay nais namin kayong tulungan sa paghahanda ng inyong mga credential. May bayad ang services na ito pero sulit ang gastos ninyo. Ito yung mga paraan na matutulungan namin kayo.

Ito ang kasama sa services namin

Paghahanap kung saan makakuha ng mga kinakailangang training certificate na akma sa inyong skills. Iga-guide namin kayo.
Magbibigay kami ng guidance kung ano pa ang mga document na kailangan ninyo, kung saan ninyo ito makukuha, o kung paano kayo makakakuha. Pero hindi namin kayo iga-guide sa mga illegal na procedure at mga hindi totoo.
Bibigyan namin kayo ng mga sample na document, at kung kailangan ay gagawin namin ang mga ito para i-print ninyo at ipa-prima na lang sa mga amo ninyo saka ninyo ibalik sa amin.
Kami ang magta-type ng mga sagot ninyo sa application form at sa iba pang mga doucment na hindi ninyo magawa dahil celfon lang ang gamit ninyo. Pero hindi kami ang sasagot sa mga tanong. Dapat ay sagot pa rin ninyo na kailangan ninyong i-record sa video. Bibigyan namin kayo ng karagdagang instruction tungkol dito kapag nakapagbayad na kayo.
Kami ang mag-organize ng mga credential ninyo.
Kami ang mag-print at mag-organize ng mga ito para ma-bind ang portfolio ninyo.
Ipapadala namin ito sa school para sa evaluation.
Tutulong kami sa pag-follow up at kung may kulang pa ay itutuloy namin ang assistance sa inyo kung paano ninyo ito makukuha.

Ito yung college degree program na aligned sa inyo.

Food Service Management under their Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT-FSM). It is also called Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Food Service Management (BIT-FSM).

Ang progam na ito ay management degree na kapareho ng BSBA, pero naka-focus lang sa management ng mga food business, food factories at mga kaparehong establishment kasama na diyan ang mga fast food chain at restaurant sa loob ng mga hotel. Ito ay WES-accredited na program at ang lahat ng gastos ninyo ay hindi lalagpas sa 40,000.00 pesos hanggang matapos.

Ang services namin para sa assistance ay 7,500.00 pesos at kasama na ito doon sa nabanggit na 40,000.00. Ito ay kasama ang lahat ng assistance sa document preparation hanggang sa printing ng mga ito at ma-organize na portfolio hanggang maipadala ito sa PSU para sa evaluation.

Pero bago kayo magpatuloy ay pakibasa lang ninyo itong Accountability Release, Disclaimer at iba pang policy:

First, this proposal and offer is not sanctioned by PSU or any other school that we made agreement with. It is our own project. Although PSU allowed us to come up with these services, they are not in any way partner with us and we want to clear them of any responsibility from problems arising with the arrangement with our clients.

Second, this does not guarantee your automatic enrollment with PSU nor will entitle you advantage over other applicants who did not avail of these services. This is just one process of your application, and the rest of the procedure still depends on you.

Please note on refund:
– If you realized that your work experience was not aligned with PSU’s programs and yet you paid for the services, you only have 48 hours from the actual time you paid to request for a refund. 25% of the total mount you paid will be refunded to you.
The reason: You need to be serious, decided and determined in joining this program, and you are not just school-shopping. We are serious in assisting applicants and we mean business, and you should also be.
– If your work experiences are aligned with PSU’s programs and you want to request for a refund on any reason, we won’t refund but instead move your application into the dormant applicants. You have one year from the date of your payment to resume your application, or your fee will be forfeited one year after the actual payment. If you decide later that you want to resume within that one year period, no additional fee will be required. Otherwise you need to restart after your fee’s forfeiture (One year after payment).
The reason: You need to be serious, decided and determined in joining this program, and you are not just school-shopping. We are serious in assisting applicants and we mean business, and you should also be.

Other licenses (Driver’s, Civil Service Eligibility, PRC, Sub-professional level licenses, etc.)

ETEEAP Evaluation Procedure

This page covers extensive discussion on how state universities and colleges (SUC) as well as private schools and universities evaluate ETEEAP applicants’ credentials. This will help aspiring candidates understand the procedure and prepare their portfolio properly to be able to pass the evaluation and assessments at the first attempt if possible. It is also helpful for those who failed the initial evaluation as to what else they need to prepare and submit to the DHEI to be able to pass the re-evaluation.

Although each ETEEAP DHEI was given autonomy on how to set-up their own system, they still have to closely follow the guidelines provided by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in implementing ETEEAP. Accept or admit it or not, there has to be one similar to a point system that should be guiding institutions in evaluating their applicants.

ETEEAP students should be well-rounded in the field where they have experience to be able to qualify into the program. All schools follow the same principle of setting up equivalent score for each evidence presented by the applicants. Although some schools/universities do not mention this openly (or not specifically state that they use the point system), some schools, particularly state universities, do. In the first place there should be a way to determine the equivalent of a credential submitted by the applicant and that is through a standardized scoring system which each school should setup based on CHED’s guidelines. State universities strictly follow this formula and we will use one or two examples of how SUC’s implement this. This will also clear up doubts on the integrity of the evaluation systems used by DHEI’s as some applicants have expressed.

Let’s take a look at one state university’s requirement and compare it with another state university’s evaluation criteria.

The example below was extracted from PUP’s ETEEAP website which contains the requirements an applicant should submit. This is one of the state universities that most members of the ETEEAP community know very well and their website is abundant in needed information about the program. Requirements for Admission

Letter of intent to avail of the program addressed to the University President through the Executive Vice President and Office Director
Accomplished ETEEAP application form
Comprehensive curriculum vitae
Most recent academic record (Form 137 or original transcript of records)
Honorable dismissal and subject descriptions from the institution where applicant was last enrolled
Service record or certificate of employment
Appointment and duties, functions, and responsibilities (DFR) of each position held
Latest 2×2 picture (2 pcs) white background
Original birth certificate (NSO authenticated)
Original marriage certificate for female applicant (NSO authenticated)
Other documents, such as but not limited to:
- certificate of participation and/or attendance to seminars/trainings/conference/colloquium or forum attended;
- recognition or award/s received;
- relevant licensure and other professional exams passed;
- copy of research and/or articles published;
- certificate of membership;
- and the like.

In the above example under the ‘Other documents, such as but not limited to:’, there are five categories of documents (in red). These are the ones that needed thorough evaluation and each of these categories have corresponding equivalent (score or points) to enable the applicant gain the minimum requirement for enrollment in the program. Let us now compare this with another state university’s evaluation instrument or credential score guide, Pangasinan State University (PSU), which was proven effective in implementing the ETEEAP because of the high licensure scores of their alumni.

We won’t present the actual or exact evaluation document/instrument they are using, but the criteria or areas in which they evaluate an applicant’s credentials and the maximum score each can earn. In this way, aspiring candidates have idea as to why they failed the evaluation despite submitting more than a hundred pages of credentials, while others who submitted less than fifty pages passed and were able to enroll.

This is a sample evaluation scoring guide to determine ETEEAP applicants’ competencies and qualification. This however does not reflect or contain the exact value the schools are using. The numbers are only used for illustration purposes. While schools use the same principle in evaluating an applicant’s competency, there is a discretionary variation of 5%-10% difference between institutions and evaluators.

SUCs strictly follow the guidance of this instrument while some private institutions are more lenient in some areas but they require the students to enroll more subjects along with added tasks and projects to compensate for the lacking credentials. This explains why some applicants who failed their SUC evaluation passed in some private institutions. The trade off is longer stay with the school and more expense.

As for SUCs, applicants who earn the minimum evaluation score will be required to enroll the maximum number of units. As the score increases beyond the minimum, the required units is lessened. Most of the remaining units the applicants are required to enroll cover the major courses or subjects. If applicants fail to meet the minimum score, it’s either they are not accepted, or required to submit additional requirements.

Now let’s create different scenarios out of the evaluation instrument above. Although the examples below do not reflect exactly how schools evaluate their applicants, these give us the idea on where the evaluation scores are coming from. These help applicants how they should prepare their credentials and which areas they need to focus on.

Let us compare the different examples, and as you look at each of the scenarios, take note of differences on the scores given to the submitted credentials. One more area to focus on is the score given to the relevant training certificates.
