Anong scope nito at gaano katagal?
Isa pang mahalagang impormasyon.

Another important point: Karamihang ETEEAP schools ngayon ay hindi face to face. Either online or modular sila, o kaya ay hybrid online-modular.

Please take note on the following questions that we cannot answer: 1) Tuition and fee schedules unless the school is in our featured institutions. 2) Learning and transaction procedures. 3) Enrollment schedules.
How to self-evaluate
Halimbawa:
1) BIT Electronics major 2) BIT Food Service Management major 3) BSBA

DHEIs Offering Bachelor of Science in Criminology under ETEEAP
University of Baguio (UB Baguio)
One of the pioneers among ETEEAP DHEIs during the program’s infancy, and has a track record of unblemished implementation of the program. One of their advertisements years ago said, “We produce leaders” and they lived up to it as a number of its graduates pursued their careers in the military and police force and some retired as generals.
Another pioneer DHEI in the ETEEAP field. UC-BCF also has a track record of producing top-caliber graduates in its different programs, with equally unblemished implementation of ETEEAP. It is also located in the summer city of Baguio and a reputable education institution. Many of its alumni/alumnae had made history in their own fields. You may visit their page to enquire and know more about them.
A reputable institution located in the city of Cagayan de Oro, Southern Philippines. They recently helped a number of professionals in the military, security and other related fields complete their degree in BS Criminology. You may visit their pages and websites with the links below to know more about them.
Another reputable institution under the Phinma Education located in the city of Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. They recently helped a number of professionals in the military, security and other related fields complete their degree in BS Criminology. You may visit their pages and websites with the links below to know more about them.

DHEIs Offering Bachelor of Science in Criminology under ETEEAP
Pangasinan State University (PSU)
One of the largest state university in the country with eight campuses scattered in strategic locations in the province of Pangasinan. Since it is a state university, it is also one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) of all schools that offer Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim) in the whole country under the ETEEAP.
Pangasinan is also the home of the ETEEAP founder, former president Fidel V. Ramos, who was also a decorated military officer. It is also the home of several military, police officers and law enforcers who made a record for themselves in their respective fields. It is therefore appropriate that their state university offers this specialized degree.

PSU is one of the higher education institutions in Region 1 with 8 campuses within the province of Pangasinan. They continuously coordinate with different government agencies and private companies to provide solutions to employees who need to upgrade their academic requirements for job stability and new opportunities, which is in agreement with their new motto, “We Create Possibilities“.

PSU ETEEAPLearning Modality
PSU implements and delivers ETEEAP using the self-paced/self-guided Modular Learning System. Please see below the differences of the four learning systems used by different schools. You may also visit this link for the comprehensive discussion.
Mayroong hybrid online-modular (HOM) at hybrid inperson-modular (HIM) o hybrid face-to-face and modular (HFM).
How to Apply
For applicants, please read the following important instructions and procedures, along with the proper way of submitting your application for evaluation.
All required documents should be printed, organized and bound into a folder (long, clear book) for the school to evaluate the applicant’s credentials. The school does not evaluate, and not reply to, applications sent through email or to the focal person’s messenger.
Incomplete requirements will not be evaluated, even if printed and properly bound. It is automatically failed.
Applicants should not send just a CV and a few documents form the list of requirements just to know if they are eligible to enroll into the program, and if it’s worth preparing the rest of the requirements (especially if just sent through emailor to the focal person’s messenger). In the first place, all ETEEAP schools require the same set of major requirements along with other minor requirements and sent through the proper channel and procedure.
How do I know if I really qualify even before submitting my requirements? You need to do a proper and realistic self-evaluation keeping your DREAM DEGREE (or the degree you want) out of your mind and focus on what ETEEAP really is.

From Jeanne Rivero’s YouTube channel. Thanks a million times Mam Jeanne for featuring our website and allowing us to use your video. You can watch the video on her YouTube channel here.
This site was set up to help our visitors understand what ETEEAP is. We disseminate information about a program instituted by the Philippine government that helped many Filipinos reach their secular goals. Our developers and contributors are members of communities who had experienced the lives of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) first hand, and this inspired them to create a place where one can get all the needed information about ETEEAP.
Many of the estimated ten million Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and migrants were forced beyond their control to forego pursuing the necessary education that qualify them to a job position but were nevertheless given the chance by their employers. As they continued working they had gained much experiences more than what they would have learned inside the classrooms had they first pursued the education related to such jobs. Others were able to gain much work experiences while performing certain functions in different institutions, while others had set up their own businesses that thrived throughout the years that some of these had become models in their respective fields. However, because of the prevailing culture of today where a piece of paper is more preferred as an evidence of one’s qualification more than the real ability, experience and capability the person possesses, a solution was provided to fill the gap, the ETEEAP. The information here will benefit not just the OFWs but all Filipino nationals whether they are at home or overseas.
We however would like to emphasize that we are not a school or entity that offers courses or degrees, and we do not represent any education institution. However, we feature for free colleges and universities that offer their programs through the ETEEAP if they wish. You can find them including the complete information about their programs on this link. Please feel free to explore this website as we have most, if not all, of the information you need to understand and get the whole picture of what ETEEAP is. These can also help you decide and prepare in case you want to avail of these services from one of the Deputized HEIs (DHEI) of the CHEd.
For education institutions, companies, teachers, tech enthusiasts and hobbyists who want to set up their IT system, we also provide services in this area which includes website setup (domain registration, hosting and building), Google Workspace (formerly called G Suite) setup assistance, IT infrastructure setup, server setup and other relevant systems. We have experienced and qualified people and business partners who are ready to help you.
You may tap or click on the different links below that will take you to where you can find the information you need. We also appreciate feed backs and questions that will help us improve our site and add necessary and relevant information that are helpful to others.
Finally, we also acknowledge that no matter how noble our intention is to provide informative articles and guidance to our visitors and friends who are looking for the answers to their questions, we also need the financial assistance to keep this site running. Some visitors are asking how to donate to help in this endeavor, so we have provided a donate button for this purpose on the upper right hand corner of the page as well as on the ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of the page. You may also click here to send your donation. Thank you for your generosity and we will do our best to make this site as useful as we can.
Here is our first testimonial YouTube video of someone who benefited from our website and Facebook Group. Enjoy watching and hopefully this will help you in your ETEEAP journey.
